Puritan Cleaners - Innsbrook

I’m giving them 5 starts for their great customer service, my clothes was ready the next day, neat and clean ready to wear right outta the plastic.I had a couple of shirts that been sitting for years and we all know how that can end but if you ask me they look brand new.They did leave a note stating that they didn’t want to damage my all white jacket trying to remove a stain which I very much appreciate but overall it looked way much better then it did before(never wearing that to party again lol) but I definitely appreciate the service 5 mins away from my house can’t beat that I’ll definitely be back again….

My Go-To dry cleaners is Puritan for stains. I took a skirt with a couple of stain spots that was probably from 30+ years ago on a skirt that has not been worn for decades. It’s one of those stains that you did not realize was on the fabric since it was in storage. I honestly did not expect for Puritan to be able to remove the stains. Lo and behold, they were able to remove the stains! I was so happy to see the stains removed! I recommend Puritan Cleaners for all your dry cleaning needs!

First and unfortunately last experience here. I dropped off 6 items yesterday and the man at the counter counted my items and told me nothing else. I came to pick up my 2 sweaters, blouse, and 2 dresses today only to be told the total was $77 for DRY CLEANING. Turns out dresses are typically minimum $25 here - a price system that is not advertised or disclosed in advance. I spoke to the woman behind the counter who asked if I received a quote, I told her no and there are no prices online or in store (on the counter, walls, brochures, etc). I even double checked if I had missed something, but there was no indicator of the price system. I was told a manager could email me a price list now - after I paid. I’m happy to pay more for high quality services and I like to take care of my higher end items, but the lack of transparency was appalling and disappointing. I would have been more understanding if I just knew what I was getting into. The woman behind the counter was kind and gave me some adjustment, but the total of $67 was still more than I thought I was signing up for. This was much less transparent and much more disappointing than I could’ve thought and I won’t be back.

Today was the first time I had a bad experience I walked in with 1 stain & came out with multiple stains & wet pants. I wasn’t charged, but I’m not happy about the extra stains.these pants were bought in New Zealand & aren’t replaceable

“Cleaned” my knee length boots just fine. Then proceeded to shove them into a box waaayyy too small for them and created permanent creases in the material. Ruined them entirely. Just admit when you can’t accommodate someone instead of robbing them and ruining their shoes.

I picked up my gloriously clean items and thought it was great. During my visit to drop off, I was able to ask questions about laundry issues. I was pleased to get the help that I needed. Puritan Cleaners is an awesome business.

Puritan is and always has provided high quality service. I take all of my dress shirts there because they do the best job cleaning them. I take my best clothes there for cleaning because they provide the highest quality service for all of my clothes. They also provide the best customer service in the industry. I never fear that my clothes are at risk of damage or come up missing. The people that work there forge a great relationship with there customers and will make sure your needs are met.

I use Puritan any time I have dry cleaning. The attendants are always cheerful and friendly. They always have my clothes done quickly. They have reasonable prices. I feel like my clothes come back well cleaned. It is easy to get to. What a great well-run business!

Had a down comforter cleaned at the Innsbrook location - couldn’t have been a better experience! The woman at the counter was super pleasant, the turnaround time was quick and the comforter looks great!
