I can't believe that I'm taking the time to rate a laundromat, but it's really really nice! I'm here because my dryer broke, but im glad that i have the opportunityto check it out! The place is clean, the equipment is high-tech, and the hours are very convenient. I was initially annoyed at the cost of the washers and dryers, until I realized that I was able to fit all of my laundry into one machine. Highly recommend!

Stellar experience, very happy about the digital interface, touchless card use. Also very nice to see the cost breakdown in history on your card. Great some dry time is included with every wash! Very cost efficient and fast, ample space to fold, friendly service - Karen(?) helped me navigate everything this weekend. thank you for making my laundromat experience a positive one!

LET ME FIRST START OFF BY SAYING THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING TO THIS LAUNDROMAT AND WAS EXCITED TO GO AFTER READING SUCH WONDERFUL REVIEWS. AFTER PURCHASING $100 ON THE LAUNDRY CARD I NOTICED THAT THE WASHERS WERE EXTREMELY DIRTY, NOT JUST THE AREA WHERE YOU PUT THE DETERGENT WHICH WAS FULL OF POWDER FROM OLD DETERGENT AS WELL AS LIQUID ALL OVER THE TOP. THE FRONT OF THE DOOR HAD OLD SPILLINGS OF SOMETHING NOT SURE WHAT IT WAS. THE TOP OF THE WASHERS HAD A STICKY SUBSTANCE AND WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. THE DRYERS INDICATE THAT TIME WISE IT SHOULD ONLY TAKE BETWEEN ABOUT 25-30 MINUTES BUT IT TOOK FOREVER AND I ENDED UP BRINGING THEM HOME AND DRYING THEM MORE WHICH WAS ANOTHER WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND HOPE THIS IS READ SO I CAN GET MY MONEY REFUNDED.

I used to go to Zest’s New City location once a week when I lived there. I now live 2 hours away out of state and can’t fit my blankets in my washer at home. Because I visit the area every month or so, I actually wait to wash my blankets until I visit because Zest is the only laundromat I’ll go to! I went to Park Ridge’s for the first time today and everything is brand new!! It is sparkling clean and they truly take such good care of it. The owners and staff are also the sweetest and so helpful. It is always worth running low on blankets just so I can wait to wash them here, even though I’m so far :)

Four visits in a two week period due to a broken washer before/after Thanksgiving. Had been a number of times in the past 20 years, this time so pleasantly surprised to find a brand new place, with all new and very clean machines. Even better, the staff! Had the pleasure of meeting three different employees, each greeting you as you came in, asked if you needed any assistance- can't find that anymore. Great job!

Zest is an absolute gem! The store is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making it a great place to get my laundry done. A special shout-out to Vicky, who went above and beyond to assist me - I will definitely be back!

I stumbled upon this gem of a laundromat while out walking my pup, and let me tell you, it was love at first sight. Not only is the place top-notch with clean machines and friendly staff, but they also offer free WiFi and snacks. It's like a dream come true! I highly recommend this spot for all your laundry needs. I'll definitely be back... and who knows, maybe I'll even bring my old ball and chain here for a romantic night out!
