It wasn't too busy, very clean and equipment worked well. Only one dryer we used didn't work but everything else went smoothly!

I have been going there for a long time but they have a new lady with curly hair and she wears A lot of makeup like she’s going to a party. She looks fine but the first time I walked in there (never seen her before) she was the rudest person I have ever met in my life. Since I walked in there she confronted me about how I was putting my clothes into the laundry machine then throughout the whole time I was there she kept giving me ugly looks and she started to argue with customers including myself for no reason. I asked for her boss phone number and she gave me the one on their window. She said I should be doing her job instead of her. I have no clue what this lady issues are but she should NOT be working near customers. This lady is very Hostile, Assaultive, Aggressive, Argumentative very poor customer service. After that experience there my friends, family and I aren’t going back. It’s ashamed because the other ladies there are very nice.

A&T Laundry is an immaculate laundry! The floors are white crisp and clean. The room is bright and airy. And there are definitely strong positive vibes in this place! Due mostly to the attendant, who is playing upbeat Island music and joyously singing along... And he sang well! It is definitely a pleasure to walk into this place. Quite a contrast from the last laundry I patronized... Although I appreciate that Andy's laundromat is a 24-hour laundromat, there's a definite contrast in the overall attitudes, demeanors and customer service, here at A&T Laundry, that I can appreciate. And it also has a convenient drop off service!

I had to go get some cash, but i had unloaded the laundry already and I didn't need to worry, how rad is that? The attendant gave me some quarters to get started, and while it washed I was able to go get money, all was well. Everyone was very considerate of others. The washers were efficient and fast and the area was consistently clean. Vending machines worked, and all the plants were happy!! Thankful for the helping hand with all the baskets to the car too, sometimes a refreshing part of your day can be a kind soul, and Peter was very much just that! I was glad I chose this place even though there were others closer, it makes all the difference when there are no worries. Thank you again!

I have gone here about 4 times to do 2 to 3 loads each time. Sometimes they are busy. A woman once used an entire row of machines! I have had my car jump started by the guy attending the store. He is friendly and helpful. Another day the woman there running it helped me with vinegar for cat urine and moved my clothes to the dryer with my quarters while I left to shop. Ask how to dry! I also confirmed my wash loads. They will save you a dollar or 2. I spent way too much using the low setting. No problems so far! A couple machines were out of order, but most of them seem new. All price ranges are available. It is all coin operated.

Yesterday I went into this laundromat to do my laundry was the only one open at 6 a.m. I was very happy and pleased. I had a lot of laundry we wait till the end of the month wash all of our household laundry. I probably spending 45 to $60 on laundry. It took me a lot to get my laundry out and sort through it and get it into the washing machines. There are multiple washing machines that had out of order signs. My issue is that I had used a triple loader two of them the buttons were cracked but there is no out of order sign I was in a hurry I put my laundry in and my quarters and my soap and was unable to start the laundry machine. I decided not to go forth with the next Triple loader machine cuz I had the same issue on the buttons. I was frustrated because I had to then take all of my laundry out lose the soap I put in the machine and my quarters to find another machine. I had to separate the loads because there wasn't another triple loader and pay more money. Even with all this being said I was very nice to the owner when I called to talk with the owner. I asked if I could have my money refunded to me. She was frustrated combative and rude to me on the phone cutting me off. She stated that I don't know what I'm talking about and she's going to have to look at the video to see before I get a refund. I still have to dry my laundry. so I stated I was still going to be at the laundromat for another 30-40 minutes I waited well over the 40 minutes for her to arrive. Then she had stated that she would have to look at the video and go over the situation before she gave me my money. I thanked her and I said I understandand I appreciate it. She then proceeded to tell me that I'm incompetent because she knew that the washing machine worked. you can see that there is no out of order sign and that all the buttons were cracked and broken they were stiff and hard to push. you could see that my quarters were still deposited in the machine and the cycle hadn't been started. she started to try a few times the machine. At that time I stated to her nicely that it wasn't working for me. I pushed the buttons multiple times. she kept arguing with me asking me what is wrong with me. At that point I was just really upset that she was insulting me. being combative horrible customer service. I just wanted my money back for the machine. I had washed at least 10 loads of laundry there yesterday spent an extra 45 minutes waiting for her to come to laundromat plus I had the same issue with the dryers and I wasn't asking her for the 2$ to $3 back from the dryer machines that were taking my quarters. she had machines that were blowing out hot air but not spinning and machines that weren't even turning on. She kept harping at me. I just wanted to out of the laundromat before my day was over. On top of it all when I unloaded all of my bags of laundry I was drinking coffee for my morning and I had to go to the bathroom really bad. I was about to spend 45 to $60 on laundry. the bathroom was locked. so inconvenient! poor customer service! The garbage was overflowing and it was opening time 6 a.m. in the morning. Open chip bags and soda pop cans laying all over the place the laundromat was dirty. There was about four of the machines that had a leaking soggy stinky bath towels laying out all over the floor. It was very dirty. I probably wouldn't have put this on Google if it wasn't for the poor customer service of how she came about and treated me in front of other customers and how inconvenient and rude she was to my time and my money as a paying customer. I will never ever go to the A&T laundromat again for any circumstance!

Owner was extremely sweet to us and offered us multiple things like bags and soap to help us do our laundry. Even offered us some popsicles. He seemed to know a lot of his customers and let us use his restroom (Just ask and he will unlock it) I felt comfortable walking down the street to shop at Ross while our clothes were washing

The most comfortable place to do laundry. There’s so much wagons available to get laundry easily from the car to the wash. An extra plus is Pekelo (Peter) If he sees you or anybody having a hard time with anything he will be there to help. HAWAIIAN SUPERMAN! I have a big family hence lots of laundry and the big machines are always available when we come! Everything is kept clean including the bathroom. I like that you ask for a key to use the restroom instead of having it openly accessible for anyone so the owner can keep track who goes in and out. I love that we as a family feel safe there. I have been to a lotta laundry places crowded and the owners don’t speak English always shouting should you ask something. Even the customers that go there are so down to earth. If you forget anything like soap, dryer sheets, bags softener you can purchase some there as well for a small fee. They have very good shows on every time we come, if there are restless kids Pekelo will put on cartoons for them and offer popsicles. This is the best place by far. Very clean laundry mat without all the riff raff. The employees are nice and aren't all up in your business. Prices aren't too bad, probably just average compared to the other local laundry mats.
