Waverly Point Laundry

Great customer service. The machines are always clean and in good working conditions. I love the 10 load machines, they are very convenient for blankets and other larger items. The atmosphere is mellow, the areas are always clean. I most appreciate the restrooms are clean, well stocked and don't have a smell.

The machines don't take coins! You have to load money onto a card at a kiosk. The kiosk doesn't take coins either. It's a scam to get you to invest enough that you have to come back. I don't live here! I don't want to subscribe to the local laundromat! I want to pay exactly what I need to do my laundry this one time and then leave, perhaps never to return, without a stupid bait-me-back card I have to keep track of because it still has $ trapped on it. Hard pass. I'll do my laundry in the river before I subscribe to a laundromat.

10/23 Update: Bathrooms TOTALLY redone! Look at the new pics. This just shows that the management (Super Nick) cares and is responsive to customer needs. New floors. New paint top to bottom. New vinyl walls. Vanity got a face lift. Door actually freely opens. 9/2023 Update: Bathrooms have gone to hell. It's a shame everything else about this laundromat is so amazing. Time to reinvest! Nick did an amazing rehab of this place a few years back. He goes really good staff. They enforce COVID regulations and clean often.

Both of the eight loaders smelled of mold or mildew in the machines. The lids where you put the laundry detergent also had mold or mildew spots on them. What have received a one-star review however Shay the worker was extremely helpful and polite. She gets a 5 star review however the machines are a 1. Left and went to the one on Elmwood.

Have had a good experience except this lady with blonde hair. She was super disrespectful, and very arrogant. Especially when I am disabled, and it triggered me the way she talked down to me

Clean and well maintained. No coins required, they use magnetic cards purchased on-site from multiple machines. Lost and damaged cards are easy to replace. Plenty of parking on both sides of the building. The attendant has always been helpful .

I’ve had issues with the washers here an the machines not starting multiple times I choose hot for the water, an paid extra for that the attended wouldn’t change it when she restarted the machine said it was only X amount difference that’s not the point I want what I was paying for!!! I wanted hot water for my towels an she wanted to argue about it only being a X amount difference she said the machine will give error code again well this is something that should be fixed if it’s a known issue!! I’m not happy about this a this is not the first time it’s happened instead they are taking extra money a that’s not okay at least put up something that says only can use cold water.

Well this place used to be a very good spot to do laundry until as of recently. Had my personal items stolen, the laundry mat was so crowded, people were sitting on the tables, the employee there had no control over the chaos. Anyway long story short I stepped outside to not add to the chaos and 30 mins later someone managed to steal my things I worked for. This isn’t the first time this place has been targeted by thieves, last time I was there an older gentleman had his clothes stolen that were hanging up as he loaded his car. It was heartbreaking to witness. Either way going to a laundry is always a risk for bad things to happen it’s just ashamed it’s happening here, if you choose to go here keep a heavy eye on your items especially If it’s busy

The morning lady is amazing. She is helpful and quick, personable. Keeps the place super clean and is always on the go.

Very clean with all machines and dryers functioning properly. Attendant was very pleasant and eager to help. I would recommend this laundromat to anyone needing a place to do laundry.

So much cleaner and nicer than the frandor location the girl working there was so cute and sweet! She helped me with my card and she even helped me carry my baskets out to my car! She was so nice and she was working so hard to make sure the place was clean and taken care of!!! 10/10 recommend!!

I don't normally use laundromats. This place is super clean, excellent equipment, and helpful staff. No quarters necessary! Use your credit/debit card to pre load their card and away you go. Did 8 loads in 32 minutes! Awesome. And 11min to dry, out in an hour? Again awesome! And they had fresh coffee. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.
