I visited this laundromat while my washing machine was under warranty repair, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. It’s what you’d expect from an average laundromat—clean and functional. The standout feature here is the kindness of both the customers and employees; everyone was helpful and genuine. One customer even lent me quarters since I only had dimes. If you’re new here, be aware that the machines only take quarters. They don’t accept credit or debit cards, and cash isn’t an option. The coin machine, however, accepts bills from one to twenty dollars. The facility also offers arcade machines, reading material, and clean baskets and tabletops. While I’d rate this place five stars for its service, there is one notable downside: the hours. According to the Google listing, it closes at 9 p.m. and opens around 5 or 5:30 a.m. This is unusual, as most laundromats are open 24 hours to accommodate any schedule. However, other laundromats in the area do offer 24-hour service, which is a relief. It appears my laundry is now complete it's time to close this review and mention that maybe the owners should consider a light remodel on the floors and walls this is a facility located in a pretty awesome spot and will be used for years to come it would be nice to see some Renovations that allow for a more comfort and pleasant experience however keep up the great work I enjoyed being your customer. They were on point with the arcade machines. I feel if they added a small AC unit, 1 or 2 wall mounted TVs maybe some ambient music and most important kept doors open 24/7 this establishment may just be the best on this side of the Mississippi River.

Yes price is reasonable but there were no on site staff. Place can use a little dusting and sweeping.

If I could do a 0 star I would this has been multiple times clothes have been taken and owner will not help. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at the 24 hour laundry mat in North Wilkesboro, washers are free of dog hair, it’s not 109 degrees and no one steals your clothing

Came into help some friends and you would think the Laundry mat would be last place you could receive bad customer service. The mean little lady who is pushing her dirty water around tells you to move out of the way. Don't stand on the dirty water she just mopped with. You would think she is extremely over worked because she tells my friends wife she can't use the trash because she took it out already. (2 hpurs before close) We spent $200 on multiple washers and dryers to save time. We will never returning to this place as long as everyone is gets treated this way. Supervisor 😒 wonder if he cares?

Awesome place to do laundry. More than enough washers and dryers and they all work. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Janky equipment and only one large capacity washer. Arcade games are pretty dope though.

Change machine is hardly ever working. No handicap parking or access to the building or inside. Attendant is rude most of the time. Machines aren’t cleaned on a regular basis so check before you load your clothes. Quite often I’ve encountered dog hair in a washer that was just used even though there is signage to discourage it. There sent many laundromats in Wilkesboro or north Wilkesboro so you don’t have a lot of options and this is the better choice of the ones there are.

I haven’t been here for awhile and unfortunately it has gone downhill. The same machines that have out of order on them are the same as 3 weeks ago. I used machine 20 something (all the machines don’t have numbers on them. I went to get my clothes out for dryer, and they were soaking wet. I go to the attendants door and knock. One again no one answers. So I am having to pay e tea for dry because a nother machine doesn’t work! I have been going to the new laundromat in Jonesville. It is a perfect laundromat mat. Machines new very clean facility and the attendants are there figuring business times. They also have two signs with the phone numbers if you need to speak to the owner! This Wilkesboro laundromat needs to take an example from Jonesville!

Blue stains on my white sheets, one 2.50 washing machine didn't work, after putting in money, and the other 2, didn't not spin my clothes, they were dripping water, took 3 times more to dry, had to wash my one load again, and that washer did nit spin clothes, they were soaking wet, so I just took that load to sisters!!!! Horrible will not go there again

One of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The prices are good and the dryers are HOT! Takes half the time to dry as the place I used to go. There's a woman there who does wash and fold on certain days - she's very nice and does a great job keeping the place up!

It a great place to wash clothes the washer and dryer work well just as long as it is not too hot

It's usually a very clean place. The lady that runs the places in the evenings is such a sweet little lady. It's always joyful talking with her. The only bad thing I guess I have to say about the place is "NO" air conditioning. It gets sooooo hot in there it about makes me sick to my stomach.

Clean machines. Wifi. Pinball and video games. Room to fold. It's a laundromat, not a palace. Wash is a little pricey but drying is fair. No AC so it's hot (!) in the summer. Parking lot can be treacherous too. They usually have employees present which means machines and building are kept maintained and CLEAN!

Good prices, and the machines work well. It is not climate controlled it seems. The bathroom is also usually pretty gross...but it's probably one of the best laundromauts I have used for the price.
