On Saturday I came for the first time to do my laundry and the lady was very nice and showed me which size washer to use for my clothes. Also she was telling me about the services they have, which is very helpful. The place is very clean and definitely coming back. Customer service is a 5 star.

Kati did such an amazing job! It was raining while I was heading to pick up my clothes which made me nervous. This was my first time using their wash & fold service and it definitely won’t be my last. When I walked in, not only were my clothes were ready as promised but they were folded so neatly and wrapped in plastic. I will definitely be using their wash and fold service again.

This laundromat is very nice. Washers and dryers are new and work very well. The place isn't sketchy. Recommended!!

Good place. Wifi works. Tables to sit at and tv. Power outlets. It feels safe, not sketchy. The machines are simple and functional.

Machines were really good and user friendly, and the facility is nice, bright and clean. Signing up with a reloadable laundry card, including your cell #, gets you text messages when your wash or dry cycles are finished. That's a really nice feature! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was super nice and helpful. I'll definitely use WaveMAX at Muddy Branch again. Thank you!

Wonderfully clean and simplified. Steph the owner greeted us and explained everything. There is an app, you load what you need and pay with nfc. $2 of dryer credit for free. Steph also keeps the place spotless and clean, she was even cleaning the walls. Homely, and awesome music

Good, clean place to do laundry. The bathroom is clean as well. Prices are pretty comparable to other places. They have newer machines. Internet speed is pretty good if you need to do some work while you wait. 3 tables in the back right corner.
