They have been doing my cleaning, pressing and hemming for more than 20 years, including pick up and delivery, and have never made a mistake. Their pressing is especially perfect. Best cleaners ever.

Home delivery driver is very rude. I do not enjoy interacting with him. Today when he missed us I called him and he didn't care a bit and said too bad he would just catch us next week because we are "on the other side of town" and "too far" to come back over to make it right. I explained that this was very important to get the cleaning back asap and he said he couldn't help. I asked if he had been in our neighborhood and he said yes he had but had forgotten our house. If I am going to pay a premium price I want to interact with nice people that remember their routes.

They did a very great job fixing the zipper on my coat and dry cleaning it and at a great price.

After many years of great service we are now no longer going to use this establishment for our dry cleaning, sewing needs. Dropped off expensive uniform shirts with very specific instructions on how patches were to be placed. First they were placed wrong (opposite of where they were PINNED to the shirt to show where they belonged), next they were just hap hazardly placed in no consistancy what so ever, and the final time STILL NOT PLACED PROPERLY. Now the shirts have obvious Mark's from having the patches removed 3 times and the owner won't replace the shirts and wanted us to wait even longer to "have them fixed". NOT TODAY. Initially refused to refund my money saying my standards were incorrect and there were no marks on the outside of the shirt - flat out argued with me and told me it was all in my head. Once shown the marks on the shirt OUTSIDE sleeve finally refunded 95% of my money. STAY AWAY. Can't even press uniform pants properly only dry cleaned and sent home like a pair of jeans not professional uniform pants. Will be posting pictures of damage to shirts that he tried to deny.

On job site now. The drivers just drove over all our high pressure hoses that were set up. Over 600 dollars of hoses that we would have moved if asked. These hoses can't be run over. They hit the quick connect coupler and broke it. Very inconsiderate.

Good neighborhood dry cleaners with fair prices. My only issue is that it took me a couple of tries to pick up my coat because they only accept cash or check, which I never have on hand.
