Tide Cleaners

We have used the Tide Cleaners in Saratoga Springs for the past several months. We have consistently received our items back in a very timely manner, well cleaned. The staff have always been very friendly and quick to answer any questions or concerns. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Very Good Experience! However as a suggestion if you could teach your employees to process prepayment so a customer could pay when dropping off their cleaning. If that’s not a service you offer that’s understood but it would be helpful if offered. I don’t always want that service but is very helpful when needed Thank You

Great prices and service. The one person who I dealt with was very nice, friendly and helpful. She told me exactly when my shirts would be ready.

First time using this location and they ruined the crease on both legs of my suit pants. Disappointed.

Dropped off a jacket and I couldn't tell you if they cleaned it or not, it doesn't look like they did. It took about 2 weeks to get back and when I asked what had happened simce it looked the same the clerk just shrugged her shoulders. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but if they weren't able to clean it they could have said so.
