Valley Laundry

Came here due to the fantastic ratings and unfortunately won’t be back. Went there and spent money to wash, came back (albeit about fifteen minutes after time) and our clothes were out of the washer and in a random basket. While I understand in the case of having one big machine that it may be an inconvenience to others waiting on the machine, it should NOT be allowed for other customers to handle other’s clothes. It’s one thing if a staff member handled my clothes and moved it for someone else to use, but a complete other issue if a stranger touches my clothes. I don’t know if the clothes fell when it was moved and just picked up, don’t know if something was taken, it’s a liability nightmare and quite frankly disgusting. I discussed this with the owner who stated this was a normal occurrence. I pulled my wet clothes and will be going somewhere else. Waste of money.

This is by far the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. The place is quiet especially on a week day. The place has a vending machine for food, drinks, and even stuff for laundry. I recently met the person in charge Lila, she’s very personable and so nice. I recently just moved to the area so I don’t have a washer dryer yet but this place makes my life so much easier!

I've been coming to this laundromat for a while now, and I have to say, it's one of the best experiences I've had! The machines are always clean and well-maintained, and I never have to wait for an available washer or dryer. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is really welcoming. I also appreciate how well-lit and spacious the place is, making laundry day a lot less of a chore. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable and pleasant place to do your laundry!

I had to wait for my new washer to be delivered so in the mean time I stopped into Valley Laundry for my family’s washing needs. I have stopped in twice and I have found it clean and well maintained. Instructions are well posted and there are change machines on site that take $1,$5,$10, and $20 bills. I can only review the washing machines but they are quick (30 minutes) and do a very good job washing and rinsing clothes.

I've lived in Vernon for 20+ years and this is to my go to laundry mat. I have a washer and dryer but I like to wash my bedding there and sometimes I go just to get everything done at once. I go there a lot and more than half times the owners were there cleaning. I was very surprised to see that they actually clean out the washers as well, never seen that before at any other laundry mats. They are the nicest people and I will definitely keep giving them my business.

This laundromat is very clean & affordable i've been to many laundry mats over the years, we all have, and by far, this is the cleanest one ever. Keep up the excellent work valley laundry they worked hard at what they do.From one leader to another I give them 5 star 🌟 clean and fresh smelling . …

I love washing my cloth here. The owner keeps it very clean and they are very friendly, and the machines are always clean. Great place.

Excellent place to do my laundry. the prices are affordable, it is rare that a machine is out of service and they have everything you need if you forget to bring something, plus the person in charge is very nice.

I am so sorry that someone had a bad experience, that is not what we want! As I read the latest review about a customer taking laundry out of a machine while another person left their items there, that's not a reason to give us a bad review! Everyone should be responsible for their items, while not bashing a local business. We strive for 100% satisfaction!!!

Always clean and machines all working in excellent condition. Excellent hours of operation and owners are always available for any issues. I see the owners in there cleaning the machines, vacuuming, emptying garbage, etc. Always friendly and professional. Thankyou Valley Laundry for keeping such a clean and healthy business.
