I have been coming to this dry cleaners for the last 5 years, and I can honestly say they are the best in the business! The customer service is exceptional — they are always caring, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. Every visit has been an amazing experience, and they treat their customers like family. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers this level of service year after year. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my clothes. Highly recommend!

Today I met Naz, owner of SuperCenter Dry Cleaner in Sugarland Land Texas. She went above and beyond to serve and support me when I requested supplies for a nonprofit drive I am having. I also witnessed Naz carrying a load of clothes for a disabled customer. Naz and her employees go the extra mile for their customers. I feel “seen and heard” here Check it out!

Best Dry cleaner!! I love the staff, the ladies are very friendly and helpful. My clothes are clean, and never have any problems. I have been coming here for over 6 years now, I drive all the way from Fulshear to have my clothes clean here.

Poor customer service. I picked up my dress and it had stains on it. They refused to offer to rewash or compensate. Good for regular clothes, do not bring your expensive/high quality clothes here. The stains were absolutely not there at drop off and no footage was presented to me to support their claims. IF the stains were there, how am I still being charged full price considering the stains were not removed after the service. Completely unacceptable and not true

Totally dishonorable. Would only recommend if you have disposable clothes. They shrunk my Brooks Brother suit coat and would not even offer to stretch back to size. Response to owner: I picked up on Feb. 1, 2025 and the receipt I presented showed I payed on January 24, 2025. As I said, your business is totally dishonorable.

I bought a pair of pants, of which I have purchased the same brand from the same boutique numerous times and never had any problems, I wore this pair of pants one time. After bringing the pants to this particular dry cleaner, it looked like they wash them with blue jeans, as it had blue stains all over the pink pants. Of course I had to throw them out as you couldn’t wear them. I had to purchase the pants again. Only the second time I purchased them they were not on sale like they were the first time. I showed them a copy of the receipt and they refused to do anything to make anything right. Insisting on a copy of the receipt. Once the pants fit and I wore them, I threw the receipt out. What good was the receipt going to do me as I wore the pants? It’s not like you can return worn clothing items. But I did have the record online where you could see I bought the pants and showed them online where I purchased the pants, but that was not good enough. Taking my business elsewhere. I work too hard to pay for nice clothes to have somebody ruin them. I bring them to a dry cleaner so they will be well cared for. Not destroyed. So if you want to use this dry cleaner, I recommend you keep all of your receipts forever.

I’ve been taking my clothes to them for last 2 years never had any issues! Great customer service and support! Their turn around of when you bring in your clothing to when you get them back is unmatched. Their stain extractions are amazing. Pricing is fair I recommend them to everyone. From daily clothing to dress clothes from suits to dresses. They know what they are doing

Dryclean Supercenter has been providing great quality service for many years and it got even better when the new owners took over couple of years ago. Not only are they the most inexpensive around, but they also do an excellent job. Very reliable and clothes are always available on time. They don't even charge extra for fixing broken buttons or a rush job! Would always recommend and will always continue to use their service for all my dry cleaning and laundry needs.
