Golden Laundromat

Rude customer service doesn’t speak English yells at me every time I come here all I want to do is dry my clothes the claim to not allow it but I have been coming here to do my laundry for months lady pointed to this sign that says nothing about not being able to just dry clothes if you don’t want people to use the driers without washing there should be a sign but there isn’t so she had no right to kick me out

Apparently there's a rule that you must pay for the washer to use the dryer which is kinda dumb (My dryer is broken at home.) I haven't realized until I left. But the crazy part is, i went to sit outside while my clothes dryed and I re enter to to find someone opened my dryer while it was running and I had to stay even longer. Super weird energy from this place, will not be returning.

You're store advertises that you're open at six am yet here I am, and nobody's here. If you're going to advertise store hours, you need to legally abide by them.

This place is under new ownership. They repainted the interior, added a couple snack machines, cameras and new TVs, also cleaned up the bathrooms. I don’t think they have wifi. The previous owners supplied wifi. and I don’t see any advertisements for it here. One of the machines wouldnt unlock after the load finished- had to ask the only person here for help and he doesn’t speak much English. 3 star

Granted they just opened up a month ago, very clean and functional. Nearby Target that I walked down to after dropping off my laundry. TVs aren't up yet but that'd be pretty sweet once they are. Good experience for me.

They have good washers with different weights and dryers. They are of good quality and have a customer service representative who is readily available to assist customers. I think it's one place to visit for your laundry.

Run down, pretty pricy. Doesn't really seem like they care too much about cleanliness or customer comfort while here. I dont plan on returning.

I paid for the washer for the double load. The machine never washed my clothes. Something was wrong with the machine, but there were no worker in sight. I've been here numerous times. I dont know if it was the black lady who was suppose to be there, but the person left a note they be back at 10am. I left at noon and the worker never came back. One of your worker is doing time sheet fraud i just want to let you know.

Why is the Spanish boy who works here at the laundromat keep the the door open letting out all the cool air out and and hot air inside and the air conditioning running and running and the place that is usually cool all week is not hot from all the dryers and over 89°F outside..you will loose costumes going to cooler places from doing this

This is the only laundromat my family goes to. We have been coming here as needed since it opened. The prices have changed a little but it's still a better deal than doing laundry at my own apartment building. It takes us about an hour to an hour and a half even when we use the huge washer they have. Staff is friendly as long as you pay attention to their open times, last call for laundry which they prefer you to be in there by 9 pm to do your laundry Incase it takes a long time. Family owned and they try to have someone there at all times. The vending machines don't work but I don't think they own them.

Great staff especially Tuesday,Thursday, and Saturday when this amazing gentleman works but it's a great place to do laundry everyday clean good machines and the best fries in town next door at china rose bistro

Very clean and affordable if you forgot to bring your washing detergent they do have some for sale all the machines work they have a television to entertain you it's always been a pleasure to go there they have machines for every task

An angel I met and God showed me favor! When I showed up an hour to closing on 8/6/18, the angel met me and helped me with Everything involving how to use the change machine to how to save on drying!! I will definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone needing a friendly and clean laundromat. That’s a easing blessing!

If I could give zero stars i definitely would this place is nasty and run down the washers barely work and they are dirty some still have old soap and grim in them I will never come back here. Also its very over priced 9 dollars for one …

I've been here twice and really liked it. Clean, convenient location for me, and they have lots of machines that are all new and works really well. This is my go to laundromat from now on.

Torn about this place. Guestd were friendly but staff followed me around (I'm assuming) checking washers to make sure i wasn't stuffing them. First time there and felt uncomfortable. Otherwise kept clean and not crowded like most places.

Very nice and clean. New washing machines with different sizes. And very quiet with nice workers and they assist with all your needs .
