I have been using Five Corners Dry Cleaning for the last 10 years. They provide door-to-door delivery service, which I greatly appreciate. They are very professional, always on time, and keep my clothes well organized. If there is ever a small issue, they are quick to address it and come to a good solution for the client.

Five Corners Dry Cleaning has been my go-to for 10 years. Excellent door-to-door service, professional and punctual, with clothes kept in great order. Any minor issue is promptly addressed with a satisfactory solution.

Very disappointed with this dry cleaning service. My husband has been using them for years for his suits and we decided to use it for a special rug that we had in our family. They damaged the rug and it has been a back and forth with them for weeks on trying to either fix the rug or get some money back on it. First, I was told they could fix it. Then, they said they were not going to do that and would pay for the rug. Then, after a couple of weeks of waiting. they said they would only give us a small amount for the rug that was worth way more than that. This has been a very stressful exchange for a rug that had sentimental value to us. On top of that, the contact person (Zach) didn’t seem to care much about this whole situation. We have used several dry cleaners in the past and this has been terrible customer service. Unfortunately, they do not stand by their mistakes. With an abundance of dry cleaners, I would highly suggest going elsewhere. Especially, if you have anything of value.

People working there are nice but I needed to have my hoodie fixed. The front pocket had torn off just a bit but I know nothing about how to sew it. They sent it out and I picked it up a couple weeks later but I realized they didn’t sew the pocket back, they just cut off the part that torn off and made it look nicer. Seems small but it now sits weird when I put it on so I ended up just having to spend over $50 for a new one since now it really can’t be fixed. Not happy at all.

Knowledgeable about what can and can't be dry cleaned. Willing to find an earlier pick up date. Love the convenience of the drive thru. Front desk people friendly and courteous.

Some time ago I used their laundry delivery service. They literally told me they threw my socks and underwear out because they don't wash those items? That was their ( the person who was company contact) actual reply. No other rational was given and no compensation offered. Simply.. they threw outnpart of my laundry because they don't do socks nor underwear.

Your owner is very nice and resolved some billing confusion. I’ve been going to Five Corner over 20 years and I like that it is family owned. They have never damaged anything in all those years. I remember once a Glen Ellyn high school boy brought in his letter jacket that had been skunked and they were able to have all the smell removed. Very service oriented. I don’t live close anymore but I still go there because I trust them with my things.

I took my suit in late morning on Wednesday the lady there said it would be ready by Friday after four pm. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text on Thursday morning that my suit was already done and I could pick it up a job well done by the staff there thank you very much. Larry
