I took about 6 new suits for alterations and the pants were not done correctly. After three attempts finally were done correctly. This is not the first time that I have to take my pants more than one time to do over. The owners are very nice to work with. Don't try to call because you will not get anyone, I have been trying for 3 months to get a pair of pants that I forgot before I moved to FL and 4 months after and no answers. Maybe now I will get an answer

I have been taking my clothes to Charm Cleaners for 25 years, my mother in law and husband for 50 years, so you could say this is our place to have dry cleaning done. Although they have changed ownership, the new staff are as delightful as the old. Shirts are beautifully laundered, along with suits and pants etc. Not over the top pricewise, shirts are $1.95. I had a king size comforter cleaned which was oversized and this cost $40 but it was not a normal comforter, more like a padded bedspread, it was handmade for us in Malaysia and double rolled around the hem edge. It came back beautifully encased in a carry bag. Thoroughly recommend this dry cleaning service.

The woman who does the alterations does excellent work! I brought two pairs of jeans in to be tapered, she did amazing work. Extremely satisfied exactly what I wanted. If you need alterations definitely use charm cleaners! Thanks..
