Dempsey's Fashionable Laundry

I am beyond frustrated with this dry cleaner. I dropped off two coats five months ago—one was a designer coat, the other wasn’t. When I went to pick them up, they only had the non-designer coat and told me to call back on Monday. When I called, the man said he needed a few hours to look for the coat, but then I could hear him talking to someone else while I was on hold. When he returned, he claimed the designer coat had been “donated to Goodwill.” How does a business misplace something so valuable and then just donate it without even attempting to find it? The lack of care and attention to my belongings is appalling. This coat belonged to my stepmother, who passed away, so it is not only irreplaceable, but it also holds immense sentimental value. This was completely mishandled, and the fact that they didn't even take the time to properly search for it is inexcusable. If life may get in the way of picking up your clothes promptly, **do not** trust this dry cleaner. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Great place to drop off your dry cleaning. I just moved into the area and needed some of my work wardrobe cleaned up for a job interview. They got it back to me in plenty of time and the cleaning was very well done. I'll certainly be coming back, especially if I get the job.

Very pleasant people working the desk, the young lady when I went to pick up my clothes was reading a book but was still very attentive and there was not a minute delay between me walking in and her helping me. The man who took my clothes at drop off was very quick to unpack them and tag them while a lady had created my ticket. It took about a week for all my clothes and I was very impressed with the speed, especially with dropping off a few items, on top of a bridesmaids dress. The clothes look great. Would recommend to anyone.

From out of state, coming into Pa driving over 16 hours... wife needed satin bridesmaid dress steamed. We called this store because of its location and 5 star review. The man who answered was very patient and polite, explaining tommy wife the difference between steaming and pressing. As it turns out, we wouldn't have been able to get to them in time for them to press the dress, although their turn around is an extremely fast 24 hours. Even though we couldn't give them our business, they were nice enough to suggest another cleaner that could accommodate our timeline needs! So super pleasant!

I literally just dropped off a pair of pants, dress shirt, and a suit coat. My previous dry cleaner informed me they could not guarantee it to be ready by Friday when dropping off on Monday. I walked right into this establishment and was greeted with friendly professional service. They told me it would be ready by Thursday late afternoon. Goodbye to my old dry cleaner and hello to my new permanent dry cleaner. Great establishment!

I brought my winter coat to Dempsey’s Fashionable Laundry after I really messed it up. I was told they could not guarantee the cleaning which I understood. When I picked the coat days later I could not believe it. The coat was cleaned and looked as if I just bought it. I will never go anywhere else - they are fantastic. Thank you so much.

Nice people, dropped 3 suit jackets with matching pants. All cleaned and pressed for $54 and took 2 days.

Dempsey’s is the best... great prices, and they know their customers by name. When they had their fire 3 years ago I got a $540 check to replace my items within a few weeks. Can’t recommend them enough.

Bobby & Jack run this extremely busy Cleaners with a good heart, they do a great job on my clothes and always remember your name ... Top notch!
