Ely Laundry Express

The owner is a joke. The only reason why I left one star is because I had to. For starters, the front desk lady is very rude. But aside from that when you initially walk in the door there's a strong foul oder. The worker just sits there not doing anything about the smell or representation of the business shows how much care she puts in her job and in the customers. Another observation is the place is a mess, there is clothing left behind on the racks, its frustrating because overall its an unclean facility. This isn't the first visit this is the second and it will be the last. Many people I had the privilege of speaking to, tell me this place is a convenience, nothing more. It's worth the extra miles elsewhere!

This is by far the best laundry service!! I tried this facility for the first time yesterday after using a different one for years because of the positive reviews I read - so happy I did! The prices are cheaper than the other places in town, the facility is extremely clean / well kept, and they offer more laundry services / supplies. Additionally, had the opportunity to meet the owners and they were extremely nice and helpful!! They seemed to have gotten to know other customers using the facility - very much got the impression that the other customers were having the same positive experience as myself. Best customer service I have experienced! You would be wasting your time going anywhere else - wish I had known about this place sooner! Can't speak highly enough about it and the owners!

The wash dry fold is almost never there. None of the phone numbers work. I dropped my clothes off. They said they found a spider in my bag so they threw it all in the parking lot because they don't clean bugs. Now my clothes have been in the parking lot for 2 hrs while im at work. I still have to get off work and go collect my stuff. Oh and they still charged me.

Nicest and cleanest laundromat I have ever used. Owner is very helpful. I honestly could spend all day there. They even have snack machines!

Really!? This is the most disgusting Laundromat I've ever seen! The entire place was vegetated with dust everywhere! The smell was atrocious! There was a doo doo diaper inside visibly in the one of the washer machines as you walked in the door! Even if this was done on purpose what parent or individual would do such a nasty thing!? Makes you wonder did they wash their clothes with the diaper and then put them in the dryer fumigating the entire laundromat and then go home and put those smelly clothes on their child or themselves?! Really?! Shameful, it amazes me how nasty people can actually be and it always takes one to ruin it for everyone else! This laundromat you can use your card and not have to deal with a bunch of quarters but why bother if the environment is filthy! When you know better You do better!

It seems grown folks can't pick their own machines and can't wash for being told which machine to use. This is the 2nd time I've been told and commanded on what I can and can not do at this laundromat. The lady is really demanding and wants to hover over you while you wash clothes

Best laundry ever!! Huge machines make it very quick n'easy. Very helpful kind and friendly staff!! ATM , change and card pay as well. ✨⭐ ✨⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨ Because of holidays are on the door... well deserved more Stars 🤩!!

Rebecca (owner) is absolutely charming with a keen memory. I had a machine to not work properly for me and she immediately fixed the problem and remembered me 6 months later when I came into wash another Ruggable. The facility is spotless smells amazing and my rug comes out gorgeous every time. Well worth the drive from Signal.

Clean, professional, warm and friendly service. I drove past three other laundromats on my way to this one, and it was worth the trek. I utilized Ely’s drop-off laundry service and they had my mountain of laundry ready in a few hours. I will return to use their machines.

Absolutely amazing place. The owner was on site and was very friendly. Our hotel didn't offer a washer and dryer so we decided to come here and we’re glad that we did. The place was very clean and the owner made sure that we had everything we needed. She even gave my babies a snack. 😊 10/10 would recommend for anyone near by …
