Amazing place, for someone new to the area, based on the ratings I arrived here. 100% recommended, the staff is really nice, they worry about you and how you spend your money here. Definitely will come back whenever I need big washers and dryers.

Amazing, I was surprised! I have never been to a coin laundry that left me satisfied. Clean, efficient, well maintained. This placed checked off all the things I look for when finding a coin laundry. Environment(how it feels and managed, atmosphere, and quality. A little costly but when the machines run this efficient and effective it is worth every penny. The atmosphere was safe and well maintained. The owner/manager was very informative and I have never seen an inviting employee who actually cares about the place and the its business it produces for the neighborhood. Excellent! Was the verdict. Felt safe and surprised that everything is running in tip top shape. Even well maintained and ran appropriately(meaning the keep is kept right and smooth) well done! I loved this place because you think to have found a place to do laundry that there all the same. I found out today no there not and this coin laundry got my review. Ps the bathroom and place was spotless!

I’ve been to this laundry Matt twice and let me tell you doing laundry has never been easier !!! You know a business cares when they literally think of every little detail to make your time there as pleasant as possible. They have coolers where you can buy drinks, brand new washers and dryers, an ATM, a app that allows you to pay in case you don’t want to use the ATM they keep old detergent cups so you can hold your quarters and so on. Nothing negative can be said about this place. I spoke to one of the owners about how impressed I was and he said that was their goal to target every possible need for their customers and they encourage any recommendations to further better their business!! I needed to wash seat and cushion covers from our family room furniture set and needed to find a laundromat with large space equipment. Well, I have no doubt that I found the very best in the entire state of Ohio! The owner is beyond helpful and has thought of every detail! There is a wide variety of washers and dryers, and all of them are top notch! It was my first time there and the owner was extremely helpful in every way. Don’t go anywhere else! Worth the drive wherever you live! It’s clean, friendly, safe (cameras keeping an eye on every area), and there are snacks, drinks and items to purchase for doing laundry. A strong Wi fi signal was so helpful. As a side note, do not try to wash rugs or items that might clog your drain or filter or you will end up spending over a couple hundred dollars to have an appliance repair team fix the issue - take it from me. Take it to Cassy’s!

Has own ATM, and change dispenser, you can also download an app and pay for machines that way it’s a major convenience, has a rest room, multiple vending machines for beverages and snacks, also for single use laundry items (seems like all of them are $1.25) plays recent music, staff is extremely friendly and on site at all times and offers balloons to children who come in. One of the nicest and cleanest laundry mats I have honestly ever been to. I learned they also have a laundry services as well but unsure about the pricing for it. Plenty of seating options. The only thing I think could make this place better is providing a changing table for parents who have to bring their little ones in with them. The place is air conditioned and has quiet fans running. 10/10 highly recommended!

I chose Casey’s laundry because reviews said you can use an app to pay instead of coins. The experience was beyond my expectations. The owner (sadly I don’t get his name) was so helpful and friendly. I prepared to listen to an audiobook while my clothes were laundering but instead chatted with the owners and locals. They all knew each other by name and were friendly. The location is clean with well-running machines, great prices, everything you could need for your laundry along with great customer service and genuinely good people. Highly recommend Cassy’s.

Literally the best laundry mat I've ever been to!! They beat the fluff n folds in NYC by a long shot!! The owner is super nice and helpful! They even have an ATM and you can pay by app on the machines! Always super clean and bright!!

I’m getting ready to leave my wife’s rehab facility to wash clothes and will pass up laundromats closer to where my wife is staying and going to Cassy’s laundry. We live four hours away in south eastern Kentucky. When my wife is hospitalized or in rehab in Cincinnati this is where I come to do laundry. The owners are the best and the facility is always clean with plenty of machines.

Clean, spacious, plenty of machines available, all in perfect working order on a busy Saturday. Helpful staff, friendly customers. We truly had a wonderful experience! Highly recommend. We will be back!

This store was the best! The owner was beyond helpful, the facilities were clean, you could tell they really take pride in their work. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Their prices were quite reasonable too.
