Wash Smart laundry in West Chicago is the only place I’ll go when I need to do my laundry! It’s always clean, tons of machines and dryers that are ALWAYS working! Lots of space to sit and wait and even a cute kids corner with a couch and a bunch of books for the kids! Everyone that works there is always super helpful with getting you carts and such. Carolina greeted me as soon as I was getting out of my car with carts for my baskets and even helped drag them in the building! I will continue to tell all my friends and family about this place!

I had a great customer experience today at Wash Smart Laundry in West Chicago. I arrived around 10am, and had three comforters to wash. Wendy was so helpful every step of the way. She showed me how to get a re-loadable card (no cash needed!), and recommended which washer to use. She walked me through the steps to use the washer and even how much detergent to use. The facility is clean and bright and the washers and dryers are all in good working condition. The bathroom had just been cleaned too. I found the prices to be reasonable for both washing and drying. I washed all three comforters together in a giant front-loader, and added an optional extra wash and rinse cycle for a small additional fee. I separated the comforters into three dryers. I was surprised they only required one 20 minute cycle to completely dry my items. Wendy was so helpful from start to finish, checking in with me a couple of times to make sure I didn't have any questions, and even walked out to my car to make sure I had a good experience after I was done. Wendy is a true gem and understands how to make a customer experience a great one. I highly recommend Wash Smart Laundry, and I would definitely return!

Wash Smart Laundry is a top-notch laundromat! The facility is incredibly clean, from the machines to the restrooms. The 6 wall-mounted TVs keep you entertained while you wait. The vending machines and card-based payment system are convenient and secure. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this laundromat!

I'm from Batavia and was looking for a place to come do lots of laundry with a debit card. Wash Smart Laundry is a 10/10 experience. Large machines with fast times. The staff including Daniel and Raquel have been absolutely wonderful making sure I'm doing okay and helping me get my bags from my car. This place is worth the trip!

Washer broke at home and I was already shamefully behind on my chores!!! Had a week’s worth to tackle at once. Researched to find decent laundromat and glad I did. Clean, bright, and convenient. Dryers actually dried everything on the first go! Company can’t fix my machine for two weeks, so… I’ll be back!

I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, incredibly helpful staff, and I like the load money on a card system. It has been 14 yrs since I have visited a laundry facility, but needed to for large comforters. I will definitely return to this place.
