Everything came out wonderful. Aulonie was very professional and assisted me with any concerns. This is no fault of the young lady named above. The only reason I went from a 5 to 4 star is because my pre wrapped tie for my Class A uniform was ripped apart. The black pins hold the knot were removed and so was the Velcro. It was very embarrassing to only find this out the day I had to wear it for a ceremony, and rushing to find safety pins. I add a photo of what my uniform looked liked before drop off. Unpon return, they were able to fix the velcro, so I do appreciate that. I understand mistakes happen which is completely fine. Just be forthright about it. It would not have been an issue, and I would have been able to have it handled prior to a ceremony.

These guys always do an awesome job. They’re quick but thorough and are up front if they think a stain will not be able to be removed. Highly recommend them.

For some unknown reason, it's incredibly difficult to find a good dry cleaner around here. I've been coming out to these guys for a few months now, testing the consistency with performance before leaving a review. So far, it's been excellent, and im very happy.

The new owners at Prestonwood Cleaners are so kind, like the previous owners. My clothes always look great and they usually come back earlier than promised. I love the texting system that alerts you when your items are ready and gives the total!

I have been going to Prestonwood Cleaners for only 3 months now. I needed a dress dry-cleaned to wear for my birthday. I dropped it off yesterday at 8a.m. and the ladies ensured I had it back today before 4p.m. I was so appreciative!! I love the service so far and I’ll continue to be a customer. Great cleaners that do great work on men’s shirts, women’s shirts, and women’s pants. Prices are reasonable.

If you have not been to this cleaner. DO NOT GO! They gave me the wrong drapes back. The lady told me that they don't check for that. They only clean. I ask for the manager in or the owner she would not give me that information. So I repeat DO NOT GO!!!
