Such a friendly people run this place. Was so much accommodating. I visited the Laundromat towards the closing time. Still I was permitted to use the facility with a friendly face. Love this place. I keep coming back.... Very nice people run this place!

I was in town for a few days and needed to do my laundry from my travels and this laundromat was an awesome find. Only about a 30 minute walk on a crisp Sunday morning away from my hotel. This place provides a great service to the people who live in the area and the people visiting like myself. They offer soap and fabric softener etc to purchase at a reasonable price. Thank you Payne Laundromat!! I appreciate you!!

The hardware is good--various capacity washers with various modes, numerous dryers with three temperatures, cart-baskets on wheels, folding work table, good seating, good coin ops and exchange for bills up to $20, WiFi, place to charge, trash cans, restroom, clean but cramped, snacks, supplies. Yes. But "software" is timid proctors and staff, who are not very helpful and don't provide enough guidance to customers. Needs some improvement!

Visiting Cleveland, our expensive hotel offered ni laundry service. We google searched and found Payne Laundry, they were extremely nice, friendly, accommodating & helpful. Great conversation was much appreciated too, thank you & God bless!!

Ladies are friendly and get the job done. Same day wash and fold in a few hours. I come from bigger cities so the prices weren't bad. Maybe too expensive for locals or suburbans. However, clothes came out clean, when some possibly shouldn't have. They did it, and worth every penny!!!

I want go back. The owner wasn't welcoming at all. The prices was ok for the washers. I bought one cap full of detergent for like $3 or $4. I didn't dry I just wanted to get out of there.

I came in from Miami, during this crazy, cold rainy mid June. We used up all our warm clothes , so fast, as we didn’t bring enough !! I googled coin laundry and this came up with wonderful reviews! The reviews did not lie ! I walked from downtown Cleveland, half hour and was greeted at the door by the owner and her helper! Both super nice people and very helpful! The customers with me were quite nice too!

Neat, clean, less crowded. All machines working. Also has a Quarters vending machine. Restroom for the customers and plenty of parking in the rear. Chinese food right across the street.
