I had to wait two weeks to get a pair of pants hemmed, but when I did get them, they were altered perfectly… No complaints.

Had my daughter's prom gown cleaned very simple plain no embellishments or frills or even layers very basic silk dress cost to clean was $26.75. After googling the approximate cost of cleaning a prom gown it was $13.80 which is more of what I expected. The work was great but the cost was severely overpriced.

We tried to pick up my son's suit the morning of his wedding day, when Quality Cleaners should have been open, only to find a hand written note on the door stating they would be closed that day, Saturday, Oct 8, 2022. That was the first chance we had to pick it up. No reason, nor further instructions were given.

BEST dry cleaning service in Catawba County. Give them a try, been around a long time. Dave is one of the calmest quietest people you could ever meet. Just talking to him is therapeutic.

I admire their service and especially a good friendly environment and the prices are wonderful. I used another before going to quality but no comparison...I will continue to take my clothes there👍

Family owned and great service however do not work here the employees are allowed to treat you any way they want. The real boss is super nice for this I give this place three stars.

I took my wedding dress to have it pressed I paid for it and brought it home the seams where pressed so it was showing through my dress and they had put a big safety pin in my train of my wedding dress!!
