I recently brought my comforter to Pier 1 Cleaners and was really impressed with the service. The staff was friendly, the turnaround time was quick, and my comforter came back fresh and clean. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that it was quite wrinkled when I picked it up—I would have preferred a smoother finish. Overall though, great experience and I’ll definitely return for future cleanings!

Will never return to this place, they took our money fast enough then gave us back filthy dresses. When I called to discuss they said "come in and we'll see what we can do" I wasted another trip there and they tell me the dress is not cleanable?!? They were not helpful or professional. They refused to refund our $65.00. I went around the corner and paid 40 for dresses that CAN be cleaned.

Pier Cleaners is the best! They are actually open reasonable hours, finish your dry cleaning on time (most of the time early!), are super friendly, and come highly recommended from many other customers! My dry cleaning is perfect each time I pick up! They even offer delivery and pickup service! You won’t regret using them, pick Pier Cleaners!

Interesting concept for a dry cleaner: automated 100% I was able to drop off my clothing for dry cleaning despite the fact that I am a bit of a technophobe! the system was easy to use. Clothing came back quickly (2-3 days). Automated pick up was also very easy. I actually helped walk another customer through the process while I was there. Communication via text (my choice) and email was excellent. I will be using their services in the future!

New system to me but it all went very smoothly. I will definitely bring all my dry cleaning there in the future. My clothes were ready a day early! They look fantastic!

My first experience at Pier Cleaners was a pleasant, welcome surprise. I was greeted by a staff member who created my account, explained this process/ timing/ cost, and gave me a dry cleaning bag welcome kit. My items were ready 2 days before promised and I was notified by text message. Very professional. Definitely my new cleaners!!

Pier Cleaners has increased my confidence in their services. I had black dry erase marker all over my light blue ski pants. They were able to get them clean with just a few minor faint marks behind. I was impressed and relieved. Their new automated system was easy to use and kept me informed of the process along the way. Their customer service made a courtesy call to inform me that the pants appeared much cleaner than before because I was anxious waiting to know the outcome. Which helped to rest my anxious mind. I highly recommend Pier Cleaners.

I’ve used pure cleaners in the past as a dry cleaning surface with good results. We recently started using them for laundry Service from Block Island. It takes a minute to get the system down but the items come back two days later perfectly clean and folded. I highly recommend them. I do want to point out that I have not sent out delicate items, but for sheets towels and every day use, this is a great service to the island.

I went to PIER CLEANERS for the first time and I’m so impressed. Brooke showed me around and the method of picking up my items if no one was there. I also spoke to Donna who was also sweet, friendly, and helpful. Happy i found Pier Cleaners. I needed 4 quilts and pillow shams washed and folded within a day. I dropped them off and the next day back to me clean and folded. Very easy instruction to follow when using the kiosk.

Got my suits cleaned and pressed, they said it would be 3 days, they were ready the following day and very reasonably priced! 10/10!

The service was so nice and my cleaning was done much faster than I expected. My shirt looks just like new. Very happy.

Dropped off shoes for repair I was quoted $50. Then charged $74.95. They keep your CC on file so you get auto charged. I called but couldn’t be helped b/c person answering the phones worked at a remote location. Told me to call back on another number. :(

I only asked that they not email or text me. First text came as soon as I dropped off my clothes. Since then 2 emails asking for a review, and now a third. "Kindly" asking me for a review. It is apparently impossible to have a simple transaction anymore.
