Great customer service. Drycleaning and pressing are excellent and well priced. I like they have a text system to let you know when your clothes are ready. They don't staple your clothes. They install tags through the button hole and / or use safety pins. I like the fact that the cleaning is done on-site, which creates a fast turnaround. The young lady also remembers your name, which is a good personal touch. Keep up the good work.
This is definitely my “go-to” cleaner! A couple years ago, my daughter accidentally got candle wax on her new dress and they successfully removed it without a trace. We were impressed AND thankful! Then here recently, we needed a rush job on dry cleaning (same daughter, different dress) a formal dress that she wore to an out-of-state wedding on a Sunday. We got home Tuesday evening and I brought the dress to them on Wednesday and they had it ready on Friday afternoon for her to wear to a wedding that evening! Excellent customer service and the lady who works the front desk is so helpful and courteous!
I needed my husband’s suit and dress shirt dry-cleaned for an interview within 24hours! I called, brought it in, and they were able to have it cleaned and finished the same day. They were professional, kind, and efficient! I recommend them for all of your cleaning needs. They made me feel like family and I will continue to bring my service to them.
Specifically stated what I wanted for my items, and they smelled the same as I dropped them off. And was charged as though service was done. Will be requesting a refund and will find a different cleaners.
Use this cleaners regularly in the past with no complaints. During these times with Covid visited this business twice. First time to drop off clothing for dry cleaning, No mask required to enter, I wore mine in as well as another customer. Attendant did not have her mask on as I thought is required with interaction with the public, didn't say much just kept my distance, so did other customer. Picked up my cloths, all four of the employees where in front, No Mask, I wore mine,in an area of about 4x10 ft. Question why no one wearing protect mask, manager replied not out in public. Well very displeased with the professional care for the public, and let them know they have lost a customer forever. If you care about your customers and not just revenue, you understand why I am so displeased that you don't care about Custumers health as well as your employees. They may contract virus by not requiring mask for entry and surely not having at least your attendant wearing mask as she wait on customers. Wear Mask you can get my business back but not the way you're operating.
I had an excellent experience, I received quality work, very quickly. The staff was very professional regarding the current health concerns both times I entered. This was my first time doing business here and I plan to continue to do so.
I took a brand new pair of Tru Religion jeans and when I picked them up one leg had been burnt. The pants were “re done” twice to no avail. I don’t see an option to upload a picture but it’s evident. They owner just shook her head, had no word, apology, or nothing. Bad business.
They have the best customer service....the employees are all kind and caring... They done an excellent job on my husband's suit....I would definitely recommend this cleaners to all....
