It’s always a great time at Ellie’s! I met Mrs. C and she is phenomenal. The space is always clean and the team takes great care and pride in their work. My boys don’t mind coming and getting a load done with me which says a lot for the business and staff.

My very first time at this laundromat and I WILL return! It's off of Summer Ave. right behind Howard's Donuts. (I used to go to the one on Cleveland.. the one beside AutoZone. This location is much closer to where I live; however, most of the machines are in disrepair and the owner had the audacity to increase the prices!!!) So, this is my new place to wash and dry my clothes and linens. Professional and super friendly staff...Brand new, eco-efficient machines... Clean establishment... There's even a little nook for the children while mom or dad are doing laundry 😊(so thoughtful).. The best part - the prices are very reasonable and affordable!! I'm not done... You can even drop off your clothing and pick it up at a designated time! They charge by the weight (I think, $1.36 per lb.) and they accept card only for this service. As I mentioned before, I will definitely return. IMPORTANT: My only concern is the $10 pre-authorization hold for those using debit cards🤷🏿‍♀️... Don't know what's up with that and I will most definitely be watching my checking account very closely after today to make sure that $10 hold comes off and doesn't triple🤔 One update: I was there Wed, Nov 29, 2023 and noticed an oversight when attempting to reload my loyalty card. I even asked the male attendant for clarification and even he was confused then admitted someone wasn't paying attention to what they were doing.

I've never enjoyed sitting in a laundromat so much. It smells amazing, and there's attendants all over ready to help. It's safe and clean, and the machines are awesome!

If it wasn't for Mrs. C., I wouldn't have known what to do. She was very friendly and helpful. This is my new laundromat.I definitely know where to come.

The staff is super helpful and the facilities are super clean! Mrs.C helped me get going and even let me know about some services I need in the future. Thank you Ellie’s!

it's Great clean, smells nice, great machines. Very sweet staff so comfortable and I like the added touch of books.

Getting my laundry done at Ellie's laundry was a treat! The staff was friendly and very helpful, the building was clean and bright, and the machines worked efficiently to clean my large volume of laundry. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

Suds is a great laundry service! We've been using them for a few months and have never regretted it. Laundry can often be turned around the same day. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent.

I have been dropping my laundry off here for the last 8 months. I have been absolutely pleased. The service and employees are friendly and very nice. They had been great about letting me know when my clothes were ready to pick up. But here about 2 weeks ago I was going to give them a tip because I appreciated the service I had received. Well on that day I had brought my clothes in sit them on the counter, I had brought cash so I could leave a tip, and then I was told that I needed to give them a tip. Well that didn’t sit well with me because I think that is optional , so I didn’t leave one. So ever since then when this one person is working they forget to send me a text when my laundry is done not real happy about this.

It's a cool place to wash and dry, they have a couple of bookshelves with stuff for any one to read while you are waiting. Just what I needed.

The owners of Ellies care about the people in our community. They have special days for seniors to wash clothes for free. They offer children a place to read books when their parents are doing laundry. The laundry mat is clean and the equipment is kept in good repair. Prices are fair and their service is offered with a smile.
