Great prices, very clean, the owner makes you feel very welcomed. Super nice and efficient! Weekdays it's not crowded Saturday and Sundays are their busiest days. However you still have plenty of washers/dryers to use.

First time here and they were very professional place is very clean friendly so I will make this my stop when I’m in town. Maybe you should check it out if you need your laundry done because they will wash and fold for yes well.

The worst in Jacksonville. It's the most scary place. The women that owns or the employee have no education. At first I park in front of the business and she came to show me that my car is going to be towed if I park there, but she never ask me if I'm going to wash clothes. I got some dirty clothes to wash but I just get disappointed and leave. Never I'm going to stop there in my life. Not recommended. She need to be polite. Because she didn't know if I'm going to her laundry or not. Poor people.

The owner is very kind and she went extra mile to help me with a great courtesy and she is very attentive, always willing to help with a smile. The facilities are always very clean and well-maintained. Without a doubt, a reliable and pleasant place. Amazing service and wow service

I came here with a car full of laundry at least $100 worth I told my husband to park the car and start bringing clothes in while I was getting everything together to do laundry getting my change, laundry soap etc etc the lady very rudely and ignorantly came up to me and told me I was not allowed to get changed until I brought my clothes in and insisted I leave my $20 in change. I came out to tell my husband just how rude she was and when I walked back in she was holding two $10 bills and waved me on. I would leave no stars if possible and I am absolutely astonished they have a rating that they have. Take your money elsewhere because it's not worth it here.

Great prices. Friendly staff. Drop off service has been a game changer for my family. I go 2x a month and have saved time and my water bill has decreased.

Im visiting from out of town….im staying at Airbnb near by. Looked up coin laundry so I could take use dryer to take wrinkles out of outfit. I came in and Asian lady asked me with an attitude can I help you. I told her I needed to use the dryer. She said the dryers are full I said ok. I proceeded to wait and she ask again can I help you….same negative energy. I said im going to just wait for a dryer. She says you can’t dry without washing clothes….i said ok. So now I know…..but the negative energy and attitude was so uncalled for. Not from this part of town….as I stated im visiting…..so the negative energy wasn’t called for and I know I was quite pleasant to her.

New to Jacksonville,moved here from Miami & actually have a washer & dryer here at home, but sometimes you just want to wash all at once & get it done.Ive tried many coin laundries, but I’m now stuck on this one👍👍,Always Clean,someone is always in attendance, machines work🙄,and the prices are very reasonable.Would recommend this place with 10 stars if possible.its so nice to see a business that’s cares about their customers as well as maintaining a decent establishment.
