I got to this laundry mat during the pouring rain, and forgot my mask in the car. The gentleman in the front kindly provided me with a mask. He is the owner. I was also tight on time and he quickly helped me get started because it was my first time there. The ambiance was clean and plenty of nice waiting areas and comfy seating !! Even massage chairs and vending machines. Very happy. Highly recommend !! Will be coming back . Very cool decorations !! My clothes are amazing!!! The machines are top knotch .

The lady that works here Carri was such a pleasure to be around. She helped me do my first load and was very patient with me throughout tithe process. Great place

You need to purchase a card to wash here but it’s very clean and everything looks new. Quick & Easy wash

It’s Friday, I was counting change wrong and having trouble with a machine. The owner came over to help me and was extremely patient with me. I come here frequently to wash my clothing and it is always clean and an enjoyable atmosphere

I've been coming here for more than 5 years, as I live in the area. In the beginning, this place was great. The owner or manager was always present, and he made sure things were running as they should. However, I haven't seen him around for a long while, and the place has kind of become a revolving door where employees are concerned. No idea if the place was sold, or management was outsourced. Since his departure, the place has slowly started to decline in quality and service. Firstly, they have gotten into the habit of turning off the AC now. This is awful, because the dryers emit heat, and who wants to sweat on top of their freshly laundered clothes? Especially when folding. It's gotten to the point I just take my clothes with me and fold at home. The other issue is the schedule. It's not exactly clear what their operating hours are. The employees there can't seem to give you a straight answer, and the closing time was removed from the door? The final issue I have is they switched to a new coin-less system. I get it, easier to manage, and less time spent recycling coins. However, the system they employed is clunky and convoluted. Take for example the dryers. You have to remove and insert the prepaid card over and over just to add more time to the dryer. It would be much easier to place the card, select the time desired, and have it deduct a grand total from the card one time. I've seen it at other places, why can't it be here? All that fumbling around with the card just makes it easier to misplace, which of course there is a charge to replace it. Oh and they have also locked away the bathrooms through the pay wall as well. I find that to be bad business practice. I run a business myself and I would never bar my customers from the restrooms, much less charge an access fee. Overall, the place is roomy, and majority of the equipment works. I just haven't found a better alternative. But if I do, I'm out.

Haven't been to a laundromat in too many years to count. We're here today and, naturally were a little confused. Mayda to the rescue. What a lovely lady. Soooo helpful. She explained everything in detail and walked us thru the whole process, especially the paying part. We were trying to pay direct w/our debit card 🤪. This is the kind of customer service you want and she delivered 1000%.

Great laundromat. Very big facility and always clean. The wash and fold service is excellent and flawless in their execution.

I have seen a lot of changes. The laundromat was painted inside a white color, looks nice and bright. Not as dark as before. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Best part NO QUARTERS NEEDED , now a card system. The owner says I will be able to use my EBT card (food stamps) to replenish funds. I can’t wait!!!!
