Laundry Station Express - Fairfield

When I visit which has been often lately the laundromat is always clean and the workers are always doing their job well. One man I know that walks with a hurt back drives the dry cleaning truck is always cleaning away and making sure everything is in order and presentable. He did it so well I asked if he owned the place. He told me no but the way he works for the place you would have thought otherwise. Thank you for being a good example of a faithful employee that inspires me now to work more diligently. I see you, God see’s you!

I came to this laundry mat in search of machines that would properly wash my clothes and I finally found it after dealing with the inadequate machines and awful staff of the laundry mat 6 minutes away from this location that shall remain nameless. I have taken the liberty to include pictures because my clothes came out so clean and smelling good as you would expect after paying to wash them. This is the best location in the area and affordable as well. Last but not least, the staff is amazing and incredibly helpful! I love it here!

This is the only laundromat I go to. I live in a area outside Fairfield and drive here to wash mine and my family's clothes. It's also clean and presentable. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The machines wash well. Most importantly if something happens with a machine there is always someone on duty to help.

My first time here. The Laundromat that is closer to me is closed this week for the Christmas Holiday. I decided to come here because I don't know Hamilton very well and didn't know where to go. We don't have laundry machines in the small Apartment complex where I live. I initially wrote a not so great review (over some loud children , that were just being children) and now I am ashamed of myself and deleted it. There is one the kindest, sweetest lady I have ever met. She is the attendant behind the counter or cleaning. An angel that God had sent at the right time. I don't know what it was. A Christmas miracle or something. I wish I had gotten her name. I was waiting for Public transportation and it was taking them a long time to come and pick me up. The traffic was so bad on this day, two days before Christmas. I was sitting with my laundry waiting, alone and depressed, spending the Holiday alone. I have no friends or family in Hamilton and just felt sad sitting there. She came over and was so sweet and caring I wanted to cry. She asked me if she could get me something to drink as she noticed I was waiting a long time. Or maybe she saw I was sad..I don't know..but she took the time to care and talk to me. We had a nice talk for a few minutes and my spirits were lifted after speaking to her. She told me they also do laundry services where they wash your clothes and deliver them. If I had the money I immediately would have taken her up on it, but I am on a small fixed income. Because she was so kind to me I will refer this business to people who would like something like this. I hope she gets the business, because it's my way of thanking her. I really wish I had gotten her name. She may have read my stupid review and if so I am so sorry. I did delete it and I will be back. Thank you for all you do, and for making my day and your amazing kindness.

Had not been to a laundry place in 40 years. Very clean. Machines were easy to operate and very nice and helpful people.

The woman work there is terrible wrong for take out my washed clothes from machine and put in dirty cart Evan I was there and she let me take care of it.after complaining she still was so rude and said I will do what I want.. never going there..not recommended place for sure!!!!

The Laundry Station is very clean and the machines are excellent. Very pleasant to go. I appreciate the help I have received from Brittany, Patti and Isaiah. Always helpful and friendly whenever I am in. I have a laundromat closer but I go to Laundry Station and like having employees on the premises.

Great place and always clean i go in and get out and not 2 pricey
