Ultra Lavanderia

First time here, it’s been a minute going to a laundromat since I always had washer and dryers in my apartment. So let’s get here to why I will keep returning to this laundromat. There is a ton of machine, the price is a little pricey but the machines are constantly being cleaned every hour. And there is always a customer service attendant on duty, that in my book steps this center above the rest. From vending machines to massage chairs it has everything to occupy you or your children. If I could give more stars I would.

The other day i forgot to review this disgusting place, I’ll start with the machines specifically the front ones, they smell like mud or like wet old clothes or sewer i really don’t know but i wash my clothes and when i take it out were smell like it, i should call safety department or someone to come and close this place they have only one door open and plus lose tile I swear someone will get hurt one day, sometimes the TVs aren’t on and when they are they put ugly music like if they are in a Mexican club, they don’t check restrooms people need to let them know there is no paper or something is dirty, what kind of owner or management run this places? I’ll never comeback and I hope more people can see my review and don’t come to this nasty place

Come here all the time but lately machines been messing up and the ladies can never get ahold of there boss to see what to do or how to fix it. Washer #2 has no water comming out I had to throw water n it . Soap & money wasted that I don’t even have AGAIN! Because they don’t refund it’s just oh “I don’t kno” smh oh so just forget me no refund or not even help to try fix it. Place is going downhill. You come here u lose money!

Ultra Lavanderia is the biggest and best laundromat in Pasadena!!! There are a ton of big new machines and the store is always extremely clean. There are tons of seating. folding tables, and tvs everywhere. Free Wifi. The payment system is awesome because you get paid to put money on your Laundrycard! Very nice place and the staff is wonderful.

Place is always clean, not too busy, machines use a card you can reload with cash or card. Most machines work, if not they are labeled.

Now that Michelle is no longer here she did mention that the owner was giving away free soap for a five star rating but now the old lady just sits on her behind the other lady cleans & the young lady as well but the store stinks I don’t think I’ll be coming back

This is my favorite place to go when I have to wash in bulk it's always clean and the staff is so friendly. I love that they have a lot of machines because even when it's busy you won't have to wait for a machine 10/10

Michelle is a very helpful,she assists me when I had trouble using the washer machine. Love the atmosphere and the massage chairs are awesome!🤩 …

I went to this laundromat the day after Hurricane Beryl came through Pasadena, TX. We had no power at home so I went to wash clothes. Roxana, one of the attendants, was so nice and helpful. It was during a chaotic moment because the lights went out at the laundromat just as we were purchasing our wash card. Roxana knew just how to respond in midst of the chaos. She stepped right in and got to every customer in a timely manner. She did an amazing job!!

Super nice place. it’s been awhile since I’ve been there, and their new worker is extremely friendly. Definitely recommend going there for good service and being treated right.
