Express Laundromat

My first time here and I was impressed. Very clean, nice music playing in the background and the attendants were very personable as well helpful come and see for yourself. Wash and Free Drying.

NOVEMBER 30,2024..This was my first time going to this laundromat.. I just moved in the area and although I have a washer and dryer, it was under repair. I called because I didn’t know the set up at this location.(bad mistake )Upon arriving, I was looking for the attendant to help with did I need a laundry card, atm location and maybe purchase a laundry bag and some sore detergent. When I saw the gentleman, he asked me WHAT I WANTED IN THE MOST RUDDIEST WAY.. I then proceeded to say I spoke with someone one the phone and before I could finish the sentence, he stated WELL, THATS WASNT ME!!! The amount of aggression and irritation was enough for me to ask, WHATS YOUR NAME!! He stated I’m not giving you my name, but after asking again, He stated TOM.. he then ask me why do I have an attitude?? I didn’t know there was NO ATM NOR DID I KNOW THAT THERE WASNT LAUNDRY CARDS FOR PURCHASE.. “TOM” stated that I can go elsewhere if I didn’t like the setup. After I decided that I wasn’t going to let “TOM” steal my Joy, I went to another store, and used their ATM… Seeing me come back in the laundromat smiling while listening to music prompted “TOM” to call mall security … When I asked to purchase a bag, he hesitated and waited until the mall police got there to investigate whatever he told them.. At this point, I’m like THIS CANT BE HAPPENING!!! All I want to do is wash my clothes!!! After about 20 minutes, I was able to purchase the bag and “TOM” stayed in the office until I left… Im not sure what sparked him to call the police or even why he had a issue with me asking questions.. But if you do go to this laundromat, stay away from TOM!!! I think he might be a little scared of…… (fill in the blanks) Please inform people that you don’t have a ATM AND THAT EVERYTHING MUST BE PURCHASED WITH CASH!!

Very clean and the attendant was very helpful and friendly. He even got some water for me when he overheard me say I was hot and sweating on the phone. I hope it stays this way!

I had very poor service here. New resident in the area A Latina man who was very rude to me. I asked to help me with dryer after washing here and he Did not want to help me. he thought i did not wash here After confirming i did. The policy is drying is free if u wash here but b/c he thought I didn't he would not refund my money. After I said, do I need to make the manager aware he said I'll give u ur money back but I don't want to see u here. I would never spend a dime in here again

Huge & Very clean place, the owner is very kind, helpful and extremely meticulous, you will find him cleaning all day, floors, walls, machines. Drying in FREE. All size of machines available. Last wash 7.30pm!!!

Says they close at 6 and here I am at 9:02 and they have lights on gates just now closing but I guess, and no I wasn’t able to wash 😔 …

This place opens early, 7am. It's pretty clean and has a lot of washing machines of different sizes. The wash is a little expensive, the dry is free. But you actually have paid for it in the price of the wash. It's hot in there, but they have fans running. It washes well and the dryers dry really well. Good parking, nice place!

The washers are $7 dollars. You can only use two dryers and the place was clean. Many of the dryers don't work.

Decent place. 10min free dry then press start again. Most annoying thing ever! The laundry attendant is sometimes in a bitchy mood. *THAT was 4 yrs ago. **EVERYTHING NEW, MACHINES, DRYERS, HELPFUL GUY. 2025/JULY23RD

I have been an attendee of this particular laundromat since 2018 and I can undoubtedly say that since my very first visit I've been met with nothing short of the utmost hostility, disrespect, stereotypical racism, passive aggressive demeanor & consistently demeaning sarcasm - in addition to a plethora of other unprovoked & unnecessary forms of verbal disrespect. For the very first time throughout my entire adult hood, I can honestly say I felt targeted and became the victim of stereotypical bullying and abuse from a semi-authoritative figure. I would never formulate such an opinion based on one or two occurrences and/or misunderstandings. However, since this has been a relentlessly consistent experience spanning the course upwards of 5 to 6 years, I felt the need to shed light on this company & it's manager. This particular location's complete disregard for providing average, let alone above-average customer service in any way is so obvious that I felt the need to write this review - not as a means to slander its name nor those that own it, but as a warning to anyone who is even considering investing in such a disgraceful place of business - if one could even call it a business.
