EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALS. I have a medical device that requires adaptation of clothing. Joanne is an AMAZING seamstress who has made such a difference in my life. She is kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable, very creative in fixing garments that can make you look your best. Barry and his team truly care for their customers and they go out of their way to work with you. I would highly recommend Dooleys for dry cleaning and alterations. What a phenomenal business.

I have been doing business here for a few years now. Mostly for my wife. I have seen posts about the Gentlemen that works there being rude. I couldn’t disagree more. I’m a regular guy, (as he seems to be ) Barry is a true public servant. Although I have NEVER had any issues with my dry cleaning, we all need to understand there is a human factor in business, maybe we’re not all having a great day, it happens. Professionally, I will never go anywhere else. Oh, he also just pulled through for me when nobody else could with a new lining in a suit coat.

New operator is very rude. Yelled on phone. Service is slow and expensive. Can’t believe how they stay in business with such poor customer service practices.

They were honestly incredible. I brought my dress in two days before my wedding (I..was the epitome of last minute) and begged them to have my dress ready for the next day. They said they’d do what they could (but warned that I should have low expectations) but they had my dress ready by the end of the day. I was beyond impressed and couldn’t have asked for a better outcome

What a great customer service experience. I came from out of town for a funeral in the area and needed my pants hemmed. I stopped in at Dooley's Cleaners and from the beginning, the lady at the counter was very pleasant and the gentlemen offered to fix my pants while I wait. What excellent level of professionalism and customer service. I would recommend them to any one and what a little gem to find!

I went here with an "emergency" dry clean and they turned it around for me in only 3.5 hours. She said it would take the whole day to be safe, but told me I could call to check to see if they got it done early, and it was!! Was very happy with their service, they are extremely friendly and the prices are more than fair.
