This is a fully automated self-serve dry cleaning shop - and it really is amazing. Very easy to use both dropping off and picking up. Had no idea something like this was available. Quick service and my item came out clean, pressed and thoughtfully packaged. Will definitely use again!

Clean and convenient. Not happy that there aren’t the small machines for one load like you’d have at a house. All are big. $5.50 or $7. Dryers are decent with a 6 minute timer. Loads of change machines. Can use quarters. Or tokens

Amazing, simple experience. I will say there isn't a replacement for face to face customer service, however, I do understand that it is probably much more cost effective to have a kiosk. The suit came back beautiful, neat and clean. I couldn’t ask for better. Thank you so much!

I get a text telling me my shirts are ready so I go to pick them up and their kiosk says no they’re not. When I complain I get this, “ Apologies for the inconvenience, there was a computer error but everything has been fixed and you should be able to pick up. Thank you for your patience.” Sorry but not sorry. Place the blame on a faceless computer. Computers make errors because of faulty programming or faulty input. I needed my shirts then not two days later.

Always a great customer service experience at Cudney’s. They’re fast and efficient. Whether it’s a king sized comforter or a winter jacket with stains on it. The automated system is a bonus. But the counter representative is always so nice to talk to and she’s funny, so the whole experience is really good.

Laundry open 24 hours. The dry cleaning part is only open sometimes. I know it says on here that it closes but that's just the dry cleaner. Go anytime to do laundry.

I’ve dropped off and picked up my husband’s items a few times. They came back exactly how we wanted them. The staff are always nice and helped me with any questions. Recently I had brought my dress to be dry cleaned. They did a fantastic job! Only reason I took one star away is for the few small wrinkles left in my dress. They’re not super noticeable and I’m not expecting it to be perfect. It’s not an easy dress to get the wrinkles out.
