Gardendale Cleaners did an amazing job on cleaning and preserving my wedding dress! The staff was extremely nice and helpful in the process. I will definitely continue to go back with other needs!

Needed to have a coat cleaned, heard good things but they aren't taking new customers so I will find another option. Person on phone was apologetic when she told me. I have heard the only other cleaners in area is no good so guess I will go out of the area.

Co worker told me about this place. I was from out of town and dropped off clothes Friday afternoon just before closing. Got the call at around 915 am that everything was done and ready for pick up. Great service, great price, exceptional customer service. Definitely recommend!

A cleaners that can't even be open long enough to get there from work is of no use. They close at 4:30pm.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Yes we used this business for cleaning several table cloths that I used for my mothers retirement. My 67 year old mother went to pick up the table clothes yes they were there for a while, but when my mother went to the business she spoke to a RUDE RACIST MAN. Not ONCE DID HE CALL and let my mother know that the table clothes were ready or even a courtesy reminder or anything. During this time we had a couple of passing in our family and it had slipped our minds. A phone call would’ve been nice just for a reminder because life does happen. My mother went up there to retrieve the table cloths and from the beginning he was very rude. I called to see what the problem was because my mother was in tears because of his treatment he was rude to me as well and I just asked for his name to address him nicely. We have never been treated so rudely and with so much disrespect. It is 2023 and it’s a shame that racism is still a problem especially when we are paying customers. It’s not so much about the table cloths being sold it is his customer service and the way he spoke to my 67 year old mother like she was nothing. My mother is so nice does not curse yell or anything and to see her in tears bothers me and hurts my heart. The racist man did provide $175 to my mother which again is not about the money and she told him that. She said your tone is very rude and he did not care! The review is every bit true. Yes you called my mother the next the day and apologized and offered the full refund which we appreciate. When the review was made the day before this is what happened. You called and said you prayed about it and said you acted ugly. This does not negate the fact this is what happened and this is how my mother felt when she came in the store. Yes you apologized and refunded the money $415 back the next day, but it happened and I’m allowed to share my review on the situation.

Very nice folks and pretty quick service as well. I've been using them for a few years and have never had any issues. Prices are a little high, but being the only dry cleaners in the area, I suppose they can charge whatever they want.

First time using their services. I needed my husband's suit cleaned and pressed. Dropped off by 9am and picked up by 2pm. Great job 👍 …
