Update: I own a company that tried your business.. pretty on point to pretend it’s not a legitimate complaint though. Very on brand of what we experienced. Don’t own up to ruined items. Owner very defensive and rude.

I've used VIP Linens on many occasions they always do an incredible job. All of my linens came back so clean and crisp and always on time . They never fail to exceed expectations. I even got a compliment on my sheets from one of my clients that stayed in my vacation rental. I would never consider using any other service for our laundry for my business or personal needs .

Our washer & dryer didn't work when we moved to the island & then broke later. These lovely ladies always helped us out & got our daughters clothes back to us in a timely fashion! We were always greeted with a kind smile. We really appreciate y'all!! Very well priced foe the service. Hopefully, we won't need to be back anytime soon but highly recommend!

We were giving them $2,000 worth of our laundry business per month. We paid each invoice over a week before due, and the owner rudely contacted us saying we weren't paying our bills. I responded that we had paid ahead each time. The exchange continued to devolve, and it became painfully obvious that the owner does not know how to do business properly. She doesn't have the ability to accept cards, and uses a free email account in her run down shack of a business. When I went to personally pick up my laundry during business hours, I was REFUSED. I was told that the owner would need to take care of me. Again today I have attempted to get my laundry, and she has not responded. My business relies on this laundry, and I'll be filing suit against your business for this.

She ruinied my shirt and my daughters skirt. Bleached my 48 dollar rug I just bought a month ago. She tired to blame the purple pink stains that match my rug on wet pajamas. Once I informed her The pajamas that were wet were not Pink or purple. she then tried to say I brought all my stuff in one basket In something else could have been wet and stained my laundry.I told her no I looked at my clothes and I know exactly what I had in the basket she than tired to Say that something could have gotten wet In the basket and stained my laundry. She blamed me and took no responsibility. I dropped the rug off on a different day than I dropped my actual laundry off . The rug was never touching Any given point Nor when I had them in my possession.

I am soo pleased when I pick up my linens from VIP linen service‼️My bed linens are folded to perfection, and smell & feel so fresh every time I go to use them. The service is prompt and the prices are unbeatable ‼️Keep up the good work♥️‼️

The fact we were met with an awesome attitude was just the beginning. They were so good at making sure that all linens were laundered properly and most places don't put that much attention to detail. To sum it up GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ,QUALITY, AND ON TIME! WAY TO GO LADIES!

Was vacationing on the island and needed some clothes washed and folded, I highly recommend VIP linens Rosemary did an outstanding job.
