Laundromat... Nice machines. Easy access. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Public restrooms are crucial for maintaining public health and hygiene by preventing the spread of infectious diseases. Customers should have respect for any property that provides the facilities... To the owners... is there any way you can have the restroom repaired and allow use of the facilities? If need be, keep it locked and have the attendant only share the key to customers. To the owner, thank you for the good services you provide us ( the customers). Clean, good prices, and easy access. The owner told us we could come wash our clothes for a free one time load and make sure that we had a $1 dollar bill to purchase a laundry card. We came and now she’s not here all of a sudden. Very upset .

My experience here is a 10/10, the place is super clean, plenty of machines, and best of all LOW PRICES and they have multiple size machines depending on the load, dryers are huge. I like that they are cashless you get their card for free and load it with cash/card no fees quick and easy just tap. Everyone is very respectful to one another. I would also like to take the time to recognize one of your staff members Patricia, she’s a wonderful worker, I get to see her greet everyone who comes in and help those who need assistance, thank you for going above and beyond. Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

Clean machines great price..the reasons for the 2 star review is because of the Mexican lady that works in there is rude as hell..nagging customers about them washing their clothes..complaining to customers about the machine leaking and she had to clean up a tiny mess on the floor and having to ask her to use the bathroom and have her unlock it is insane..if you got a bunch of customers in there,no way should the bathroom be locked..I will be going to the location by the hospital for now on..at least the bathroom isn't locked and the lady that works that location is nice and polite

I've been going to this wash house for about 2-3 years. So I've seen it before renovation and after, and I can say it's a spot I'll continue to go . Very clean

Machines work great! Perfect place to wash bedding all at once. Psst, go when it's less crowded The dryers are hotter when less are tumbling. This place is very clean, & well maintained. 👍

Mrs. Antonia today August 22 was available to assist with the machine and provided information on the time they say the machine to great customer service that's why I give this facility five stars

The laundry room is excellent!! AntoniaJimenez is a very hard worker she keeps the Wash House in excellent condition and is very helpful when needed. She is polite and I enjoy coming and here to do laundry. Thank you Antonia Jimenez.

This spot legit has only 7 carts for how many machines there are is ridiculous. However the location is always clean and the staff especially Patricia makes sure of that. Edit this place needs more monitoring, people are allowed to leave their laundry in the washing machines after they are done even in busy hours when many people are waiting for washers to open up.

Prices went up. Machine #29 did not wash in hot water, which is what I paid for. Machines are always clean & there is an attendant on site, but this is very disappointing. I've been coming to this location on Hope Mills Rd for quite a while, but now it looks like I need to go back to my previous place, which is farther away.

Washing machines are well maintained, extremely clean on the inside and outside. The environment is very clean. Customers seem to be normal abiding citizens. Have not seen anything strange there. Go there a lot. I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a clean and safe place to do your laundry.

Plenty of available washers and was clean. The prices were high, and the load capacity listed was incorrect. I put a thin full-size comforter and flat sheet into a $6 washer that stated 3 or 4 load capacity. It was a tight fit. None of the dryers had an air dry or no heat setting. Otherwise, my needs were met.

This place was clean no broken machines (2) 55 inch TV's Extra large washers cost $12.50, Large washer $ 8.50, and Dryers starting at $1.50. There is an attendant. No public restrooms. I will be coming back. I gave it a 4 because no public bathroom.

I had a great experience, I lost my Laundromat card and the worker, Yeni Hernandez found it and I told her the amount on it and she returned it.I thanked her so very much for her kindness and honesty. This Location is clean and the staff are amazing.So I highly recommend everyone to come here.

Very good place. Only down side was needing to get a card to scan to use the systems, but clean and safe.

This location is always spotless clean and Patricia is always welcoming. However, needs more carts available specially over the weekend.

Very clean facilities. I like that you can use an app, so no longer losing your card. However, the washers don't quite spin out, so it takes more time (and $) to finish a load.
