Jane Laundromat

Love Jane Laundry. Have been using them for almost a year now so I wanted to share for other New Yorkers without laundry. They have handled all my clothes with care, never lost or shrunk any item and are extremely reliable and responsive. They pickup within 30 mins usually if I call them last minute even. Appreciate them so much!

I’ve used Jane laundry for years but am frustrated after several incidents, they frequently do not follow laundry instructions, leading to ruining a few treasured items and frequently overbill ($10-15 per order), which I had not realized until doing an itemized breakdown calculation myself in a spreadsheet after an unusually expensive order. I had trusted this business and had not expected that this would happen :(

I have been a customer of Jane Laundromat for over 20 years! They are wonderful! My clothes are returned clean, folded and smelling wonderful. Delivery service is quick and everyone is so pleasant. They know customers by name and deliver personalized service. It is a family owned business and they treat their customers like family. The prices are reasonable and no request is to big or to small. I highly recommend Jane Laundromat!!

Customer for 4 years or so. So consistent and reliable with wash and fold and dry clean. Clothes are perfectly folded and have never once lost an item. Pick and delivery is fast. They know it’s me when I call. They make me literally feel like I am their only customer. With my most recent order I accidentally scheduled delivery after I was going to leave for vacation when I meant to select same-day: I realized at 4pm and called them. Their reaction was to get started washing right away and delivered to me at 7pm - 1 hour after they were scheduled to close, just so I would get my laundry before I left for vacation. Don’t look anywhere else, your clothes are in great hands. This business puts their customers first. A big thank you to everyone at Jane Laundromat! Jane Laundromat is the best! Of course they do a great job with the laundry but they're also incredibly kind. When they saw that my laundry bag was on its last legs, they went out of their way to give me a new one. Don't go anywhere else!

On my trip to NY I needed to get some laundry done before my next stop - a quick google search lead me to Jane's. They were extremely helpful and accommodating and got my clothes delivered to me same day!! Would highly recommend using their services.

The best laundromat service in the west village. They are quick and offer delivery and pick up service. I’ve been using Jane for over a year now and highly recommend.

These people rock!!! Being in New York and the west village specifically, having a washer dryer is as common as finding a non finance guy in that city (lol). I needed a place and preferred wash and fold as nothing was within a 5 min walk so I’m not lugging my stuff. I went on the website and did the pick up choice, super easy and booked for early the next day. It sends a tracking link and the driver is always on time to pick up. You can tip the driver on there too. The laundry takes 24 hours (today it was done in 4 hours and they delivered it back same day, crazy!) and so clean and folded nicely. I lost my debit card aka I left them in my pants and they texted me saying they found it and will include in the drop off. So awesome. The prices best of all are super reasonable, I think it was not even $20 for one large bag!! I highly recommend and they are a wonderful option!! Thanks!
