Hobsons Dry Cleaners

I’m in town for a wedding. My hotel, Embassy Suites downtown Buffalo, failed providing laundry service for simple tuxedo shirt pressing and no recommendations to help me resolve my issue. I googled and chose Hobson’s. I was in and out in 10 minutes for $5. Please give them your support!

The drive thru window is the most customer friendly. arrangement a person could ask for. Especially for those that are disabled. The cleaning services are second to none.

I love Hopkins cleaners, I've dealt with them for many years. Never have any issues with any of my request, from stains to zipper replacements. They are always very efficient, staff is friendly.

Best place ever. My husband has been coming here for 32 years. We are newlyweds and I will be getting my wedding gown cleaned here. Their work is impeccable!!! As a child growing up my parents went to Bells cleamers....aka BELLS BROTHER'S I believe....this too was another cleaners of the highest caliber in our neighborhood..!!!! Accessible to the HAMLIN PARK AREA where I was born and raised up. Just a wonderful place to do business WITH.

I'm very impressed with Hobson cleaners. I needed a uniform cleaned last minute. A uniform in which I haven't wore in quite some time. A uniform that had lots of aging stains on it from just sitting for so long. I called them on a Friday (needing the uniform by the following saturday) and they told me to not worry and they will easily handle it. I made the long drive from niagara county and dropped it off immediately. They offered me a discount for paying at time of drop off which I thought was super cool. Price was BEYOND amazing. I received my uniform back and it WAS SHARP. The creases and folds were perfect. It was so white it almost hurt your eyes. It was perfect. Thank you guys for proving small and local joints still do rock. You have earned my business for years to come. Keep being awesome!

Take your clothes anywhere else! This business is very unorganized - when I showed up to pick up my dry cleaning, they spent 10 minutes trying to find it before they realized it was at the bottom of a pile, uncleaned. I was told to come back the following day despite getting assurance it would be ready. Save your time and money and avoid this place.

Black-owned dry cleaners and tailor shop. I needes a pair of shorts repaired (zipper broke) and was recommended to check this place out. The drop-off process was easy as was the pickup process, though I had to call to confirm if the work was done though, I was told I'd be called when they were ready. It was fine though and the staff were friendly and professional. Cost for zipper repair was $15.00

Was told I’d get my fairly new suede jacket back in a week. When I came in, they then told me another week. Called to complain and it took 3 days for me to get in contact with a manager who told me the owner would call me back. The owner never called me back. To top it off, the jacket is now faded and stiff. I do not recommend them. Poor customer service and cleaning!

Dropped a suit and shirts off Tuesday, told they would be ready by Friday. Suit was ready on Friday, shirts not until Saturday. Was a big inconvenience for the wedding I was going to Friday night, would have planned accordingly had I known the real timeframe.

They are miracle workers my hubby's sport coat was in bad shape, when they were done looked brand new. I will only use this dry cleaner going forward. The service and quality of work amazing. I am very happy!!!!

Hobson's Cleaners has been 'long winded' in the sense of maintaining its professionalism, pleasantness, and extreme quality of their services. I no long live in Buffalo, and have NO issue with driving the extra miles to get there, with my clothing.

Took much longer to get my tuxedo back than what they said it would, but they were kind enough to reduce the price to make up for the wait, but they did a excellent job, thanks Hobsons

I brought my coat there got it back and my coat zipper leather siding is pealing on top of them having my coat for about 5 weeks it was not cleaned properly and my coat damaged!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM !!
