Normal Town Coin Laundry

I really like this Laundry! The ladies that do my comforters for my Airbnb are so good. They do a great job and are super pleasant. The place is kept clean and has everything you need to make the experience efficient and as easy as it can be.

Machined in good working order. No pets allowed. Nowhere to sit with them outside. Nowhere really to sit inside either so everybody ends up in their cars pumping the parking lot with exhaust. Kinda not great. But. Life goes on.

Great location. Waiters and dryers worked perfectly. Not too expensive. Friendly owner-operator lady. Nice customers.

Always an efficient visit. The gear still works but there are a number of dryers needing to be fixed. This has never effected us but still....fix your stuff

I’ve been here once before most of the washers where broken and the dryers we’re raggedy social media wasn’t that important then to where you go at, last week I gave it a try and I walked away from one of my dryers and realized that it had been open for 15 minutes because it wasn’t sticking right… Today I came in and put my clothes into washer did not wash them , I asked the attendant was water going into it, and she rudely said Into them anyways… when my clothes finally stopped they were still dirty. I’m not wet in areas so I knew they hadn’t been washed. Some of the clothes were still dry. I wasn’t even offered to refund here. I am washing my clothes again with the money I was supposed to use to dry.

I had a very bad experience with this place after coming here for years. The service has got phenomenally terrible. The owner or manager (Hispanic woman with reddish hair bob like) goes around micromanaging the washers and dryers. I left my clothes in the dryer for 30 mins and came back and she removed them and put them in the corner. I advise her not to do this because when people stuff get missing and LAWSUITS can happen. Don’t touch people stuff. This laundry mat is not that busy. I will NOT be returning. The service is terrible.

Only three minutes from where I live. The prices of the washers are cheaper than the laundry mat I usually go to. However I will say that they need to make sure that all of their dryers are in good order. Because a lot of people are starting to really come there and they need all of their dryers working so it won't be crowded for long

I started using them ever since our washer and dryer broke. I come in and use their coin laundry facilities myself. Great prices with quick machines. If you're high-risk for covid (or live with someone who is), come early in the morning when no one is there, because no one really wears masks here. Staff is really friendly though. PS. They cut off service at 7 and close at 9 because some people leave their clothes there. I've gotten there just before 7 and they let me do my laundry and were very nice about it.

My drier died and as I wait for a new part to arrive I used the driers at Normaltown. The first four times the ladies we re awesome! Could not have been nicer. Yesterday I arrived with two small baskets and the lady physically stopped me as I loaded a machine. She yelled at me about not using the dryer if I didn’t use the washers. Stated it was written on the door! Then she said as I had clothes in the dryer I could finish. THEN she made me use another dryer for the second small basket!! RUDE, HOSTILE woman!!!!!! Can barely read the writing on the door!
