A gem in the laundry world! I can't say enough good things about Laundry World. From the moment you walk in, the place is spotless and has a welcoming feel. The machines are top-notch and they actually work! No more dealing with out-of-order signs or washers that don't spin properly. The dryers get the job done in one cycle, which is a huge time-saver. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They're always on hand to assist with any questions or issues, and they keep the whole place running smoothly. It's clear they take pride in their work. I've used their drop-off laundry service a few times and my clothes have always come back perfectly cleaned, folded, and ready to go. Laundry day used to be a chore I dreaded, but thanks to Laundry World, it's a completely painless experience. The prices are fair, the facility is excellent, and the service is unbeatable. Five stars without a doubt!

I appreciate the customer service here! I had a dog pee accident on a large, natural flax-linen, zabuton and I thought it was destroyed as the urine went all the way through to the floor. Stacy helped me on the phone to try to find the best way to have this cleaned due to the type of filling ,material and size. I got to meet her and her manager (I cannot recall her name). They both were so good at helping me out and got the zabuton clean and even plumped back up like it was new and unscented. (I have had this for years now and is used daily). I cannot express how much I appreciate how they helped me with this. I have used Laundry World for a large winter cashmere blanket and they also had restored a leather hood over 20 years ago for me (which is still in good shape!). I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you!

Sunday Morning 8/17... I was waiting in the parking lot for them to open at 7am..It was 7:15am and doors were still locked. I even went up to the door and no one in sight. I just ended up leaving and went somewhere else. Unprofessional. My only day off and my time was wasted just sitting in the parking lot. Maybe your employee should show up on time. You just lost a loyal customer. I dont have time for that.

I'm very picky where I go to wash my clothes and so should you! This place was perfect! The customer service was like no other in the area and it was a very clean space. I HIGHLY recommend!

For about 4 months prior to moving to South Carolina, I had their company pick up and drop off my laundry at my apartment. Great delivery driver! Cloths returned perfectly folded!

When I first moved to Fall River I was looking for a Laundromat I tried two before I came across Laundry World. The two I went to prior first one was disgusting the machines had mold and caked up soap all over it I was sick The second one had free dryers that was too hot and actually burnt my clothes I was pissed so I googled again laundry mat near me and came across Laundry World. I went there and the place was immaculate which is a big plus for me and the girl working was amazing friendly respectful and helpful her name was Tanya. I continued going there a couple times and was happy and pleased every time. They was hiring and I loved the atmosphere so much I applied for a job. Best bosses I've ever worked for I love my customers everyone is respectful and down to earth Are machines and establishment is always clean and ready to go We all make sure of that My goal is to make my customers happy and smile I greet and talk to everyone I guess you can say I'm a social butterfly well my name is Jen hope to see you soon 😁

This is our favorite laundromat! The staff is awesome! Jenn and Tanya are friendly and always make us feel welcome! Me and my son come every week, and look forward to coming. Its very clean and not as hectic as other places (which i love). We recommend this place to everyone!

I have been a customer for a long time, I have always been well served and the environment is clean and the machines meet my needs.

nice place laundry , good price and machine is clean but time to close is early so sad however is good place.

Please put credit card machines on all of the washers & dryers!! It would make it so much better
