clean and efficient. wonderful selection of machines. great value. exceptional staff. Natalie went out of her way to help with such remarkable awareness and kindness. she truly has a unique gift with people. i felt heard and cared for, one of the nicest human beings i've met. whenever i am visiting texas i will surely do laundry here.

I come here to wash our comforter because our washer at home is too small for it.. and again when my dryer went out 😂 I like it, except the dryer one time got too hot a sorta “melted” the fabric in some of my clothes & they came out smelling burnt. I wouldn’t use the hottest setting on the dryers.

I am a elderly person and I was having trouble figuring out the laundry card and there was a young man there that helped me and he helped me put my clothes in the washer and once they were done he helped me move them to the dryer and the entire time he seemed genuine and I felt valued as a customer I will definitely be going back and others should come too.

Very clean, I'd not been hear since the changeover so I was surprised about the Laundry Card which is better than a bunch of quarters but you don't want to add to much to it because they don't refund it. Which is ok if you're going back.

Very nice! Clean and larger than it looks from the outside. Uses Dexter cards (you buy when filling card.) Dryers are hot! Only need 10 minutes for towels and jeans (on HOT.) Natalie does a great job with customers. Very helpful and friendly. They also have a drop-off service. Not too expensive! The place is air-conditioned and comfortable. Took me about an hour total for two large loads! I totally recommend!

Asked for help. No one was there.customer helped me I'm a disabled senior and asked if she could help to my car. FLAT NO. .! A CUSTOMER helped me again. Horrible place. Will never go back

Always have had a positive experience here clean, friendly and service is good too, if a machine doesn’t work (washer or dryer) they usually give you your money back. They even have a pool table to kill time while you wait.

Lady working was rude and hateful Demanding she was not gonna assist me with how to load the card nor how to operate the machine Im 57 years old not ised to all this new technology I will not return to this laundry mat

Clean , but no cash. Have to purchase laundry card.

I like coming to my laundry here, it's always nice and clean. I never have to wait for a machine to be available. Everything always works perfectly for me
