FreshWash Laundromat 2

Came to this laundromat since it’s close to my home and it looks clean & new. The first experience was great. It’s well kept inside as far as cleanliness and the machines worked as expected but after that first time the machines I chose on my next visits did not work as expected. The specific machines I’ve used to wash certain clothes in HOT/WARM water did not get warm or hot. Only cold water came out. Besides that I would recommend it. Manager have those machines fixed. I’ll include pictures of those specific machines.

What is so bad about this place is the water problem. Since they have opened it's doors. I have found 4 times that there is a sign on the door that says no water. This sounds impossible. How does a place not have water. How are the other locations on the same strip functioning? Like the IHOP across the street. Playa Bowl next door?. Why open a place to turn customers away? Aggravating, since I have to go further away. I'm not worried. But you should be. Another place is coming soon down the street. I'll be checking that one out too.

I am starting to hate coming to this place it's never no parking Noone Speaks English I asked if I could combine multiple laundry cards and they looked at me like I was stupid yall need to do better

Please add what time the last wash is i came there around 8/9pm and was told i couldn't come in and wash my clothes please include this information so nobody wastes their time. Also the hot/warm option doesn't work and a lot of the time there is already someone else's detergent in part that i have to wash my clothes please keep the machines clean.

Love it there. If you spend a certain amount to wash, you get free dry. And most of the time, all you need is 10 min. Their dryers are fast and great. They use wash cards, not coins. The cards are only $1. The people who work there are nice.

I was on vacation needed my clothes washed and came to Fresh Wash Laundromat 2. very clean facility and new equipment The young lady was very helpful at the front desk. I washed my clothes, in no time fast washer and the dryer was excellent. Would recommend five stars.

This is only my second time here and both times I have been treated well It's clean here , the customers are nice and I love how modern the facilities are Also, you can sanitize the machine before and/or after use! Claudia is so helpful and kind, she helped me today to ensure that my laundering experience is five star. ⭐✨⭐✨⭐ Great customer service like this is well appreciated and I hope to continue to see five star service here ! Today I am very p***** off. My clothes have been spinning in this machine for over an hour. The manager has been notified and we are still waiting for our clothes to wash. It has been sitting on pre wash for over an hour . This place has always had water pressure issues, but today there is no water. I'm done. And here's the kicker when the machine stops it does not allow you to take your clothes out you are hostage in this place Today.🤬

This laundry is not that close to my home but I take the drive because it’s worth it! A very clean environment and I love the free dry that I get. They also have a great friendly staff that’s always willing to help.

I love this laundry! Since it’s close to my home is very convenient and also is really clean and all the workers there are very helpful. Really good service and the machines dry my clothes very quick!

Trash!.....very disappointed, disapproved of the treatment I received at "Fresh Wash Laundromat",505 N. Broad St.,Elizabeth, NJ. Used there large machine to wash my clothes & machine didn't fully finish the cycle of wash leaving my clothes …

Always having water problems but this time I had no problems and also they do not have a snack and drink vending machine. How is there a laundromat without a vending machine. I think it would laundromat better

This place is horrible they never have water to wash clothes. Today my clothes took over 1 and half hours just to wash because they have to water and apparently this has been a problem for over 6 months and they don’t tell you until after you put your money in the machine so you are forced to wait. Never again!

I go here to do weekly laundry the machines are up to date this is a cashless operation with a card for the balance you place on it the machines are easy to use and they have a laundry service it always clean I would highly recommend this location they stop last wash at 8pm

I’ve n’eut moved in the area and also have been to the establishment. I loved the machines and the area.I would love to recommend a vending machine as well for the traffic of customers.

When you call to ask basic questions, they hang up on you. Very rude. They are also very rude when you visit.

I was very happy with the service since the opening, but is very disappointed that my clothes start to coming like is been wash with no soap , I had a least between 50 lbs to 70 lbs every visit and I’m giving one more chance to meet my expectations or I’ll take my clothes somewhere else

Love coming here its close to home , Naemi is great and attentive whenever i need help , i really appeciate it . The younger girls are not as helpful unfortunately.
