Highly DO NOT recommend. They do not care about customer service. This is just 1 example of my shirts they have ruined, not told me about it, did a poor attempt of fixing it with the wrong color button and threads all over the place. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

I dropped off a duvet comforter with its cover, without separating the two pieces. When I returned to pick up my items, I didn’t initially realize that only the cover had been returned to me. Shortly after, I was hospitalized for over a month. Once I returned home and began my recovery, I needed my heavy comforter and realized it was missing. I called the cleaners, and the Latina woman who answered told me they had a white down duvet comforter that had been left behind. She then added that next time, I should let them know if I’m dropping off two pieces. That caught me off guard — I didn’t understand why the burden of that detail was placed entirely on me. Shouldn’t you double check what you’re receiving at the time of drop off? No one asked any clarifying questions when I dropped my items off — just my phone number. There were no forms, no inventory check — nothing. Even if I didn’t explicitly say it was two pieces, I would expect a professional cleaners to recognize and document that upon inspection — and process accordingly. When I came back to pick up the comforter, the same woman repeated her point about needing to clarify next time, and added that she was “thankful” it didn’t get lost. At no point did I receive an apology — only blame and a vague “lesson” in how to prevent this from happening again — as if it’s my primary responsibility. As a customer, that didn’t sit right with me. Suggestions are fine. But accountability and an apology should come first. She even mentioned that the “boys” working there don’t always catch onto things like they should — which, to me, sounds like an opportunity for better training or a sign that more qualified staff may be needed. Either way, it’s not something a paying customer should be blamed for. I’ve used your cleaners once or twice before and never had an issue, so I’m not sure why this time was so different. But based on how this situation was handled — and how casually your staff shifted blame rather than taking ownership — I won’t be returning. A professional team, especially leadership, should be trained to handle these situations with grace, accountability, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. All she wanted to do is teach me a lesson. Redirect that lesson towards your staff — not a customer. You could’ve had a loyal customer in me. But after this, I can’t recommend your business to others.

If i could give this a 0 star i would. A lapel button was lost during the cleaning process and a button on the sleeve of my tuxedo was broken (this was the first time either were dry cleaned). When asked what they could do to fix this they offered no support and were not helpful at all, claiming they usually put the lost button in a bag and attach it to the hanger (which they obviously did not do) and essentially putting the blame on me. Not to mention they switched my nice hangers for shitty wire ones, which again was said to be my fault as they, “typically don’t accept hangers”. Overall extremely disappointed and I will not be coming back.

Didn’t remove spot from my suit trousers… after I left that review, they reached out to me to correct the issue. That was awesome and they got it out the second time around. Great service I’ll be back so from three stars now to five.!

I totally enjoyed the lady that helped me check out. We talked about the flowers and weather. She was funny and you could tell she enjoyed her job. Very nice person. The man that checked me in was also very nice!

My dry cleaning order was submitted and in less thank 48 hours it was completed and I picked it up. The person helping me was very kind and the clothes were perfectly cleaned and pressed andlooked brand new. They are wonderful!

Quality has gone downhill in recent years. They lost an important part of my wife's jacket and had extremely poor customer service in response. Calling and visiting this location did nothing, and submitting feedback online resulted in a promise to contact me directly which they never did. No semblance of an apology, let alone actual compensation. So in the end we just paid them to lose our clothes. Some of the staff I interacted with were borderline rude. Will never patronize this company again and suggest that others steer clear.

I have only been a customer for a short time but am quite pleased. Your turn-around time is unbelievable and my clothes are cleaned and pressed beautifully.

I dropped off some clothes on Wednesday, December 11. Immediately, when I approached the desk, the young lady was very robotic, was not friendly, and was not welcoming me to the business. The first thing she asked was, "Are you picking up or dropping off?" and I had a handful of shirts in my arms, along with a sports coat and other shirts on hangers. She rudely told me, "We don't take hangers. You have to take them off the hangers before I can check you in." I said OK; I kept very calm; she was very robotic. I counted everything out, and she checked me in. She gave me my check-in receipt and stated items would be ready by Friday Dec 13 at 5pm. She did not say thank you or "Thank you for coming in. We appreciate your business." Nothing. It was rude and robotic. I decided maybe she was just having a bad day, so I left, and I did thank her. She didn't say anything. I was not happy at all with the service.

Dry cleaned long dress was still wrinkled! They offered to send it back out but I needed it right away. Said they would issue a check refund for $17 but never did. Called several times. Shoddy work. Poor customer service. Beware.
