Milford Laundry

Our washer had been broken for almost 2 weeks and I was fed up, so I sorted my stuff, loaded up my laundry and my toddler, and just prayed for the best outcome. Tons of open washers for my 5 loads of laundry. washed and dried in two hours. The attendant was so sweet and understanding in letting my boy explore this new place. 10/10 would definitely recommend

First time user. Went in with lots of bulky bedding. Sandy greeted me with a friendly smile, graciously offered to help carry in my baskets and continued by helping me navigate the new-to-me machines. All bedding cleaned and back in my car within an hour. The laundromat was very clean and organized but Sandy’s cheerful and helpful attitude is what made me write this review. Thank you!

Very clean, and the lady who was running the establishment was very sweet. We just got off work late, and thank goodness we finished 5 minutes before the closed at 8pm.

Clean, quick wash machines. Helpful attendant. Machines are coin operated only.

Employees have always been very helpful. The machines are clean and I can get towels and jeans dried for 75 cents to a dollar. Other things take 50 cents. I've been coming here for decades. We have a washer and dryer at home but I like getting everything done in 2-3 hours.

The machines don’t fill up with water, when I brought it to the attention of the guy/ couple working the front desk they told me I was wrong and gaslit me into saying there was water. My clothes in the middle are still dry through the washing process I watched the whole thing. He told me to go somewhere else he wasn’t going to reimburse me at all. Worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Stay away. This has happened twice and I will not make it a third.

I honestly cannot believe how my wife was treated today. She is in her second trimester and was experiencing difficulty with a the machines. Not only did the man on duty inform her he would not be reimbursing her losses but proceeded to harass her with statements such as “you dont know how to be a customer”. This and others while holding her socks hostage lol. We have been going to this Milford laundry every 2 1/2 weeks for over a year now and always had a wonderful experience. There is usually a very nice lady behind the counter and it’s really due to her that we keep coming back. She has always been helpful and kind. Im not sure what today’s deal was, but harassment and retaliation of any kind is not ok. I called to confront the man on the issue and was immediately hung up on. She was able to record some of the incident on her phone while having to load semi wet clothes into her car. Im honestly shocked by the level of incompetence and Unprofessionalism shown to her. It’s really sad to me that some men still feel that they must assert dominance by harassing a small pregnant lady just trying to get her laundry done.

I walked in and smiled at the woman behind the counter, and she scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. I carried on and when I was done loading my clothes into the machine, I asked about their hours. (Many places don't have accurate hours posted on their buildings) and she aggressively pointed at the wall and glared at me. She suggested that I "maybe try using your brain before harassing others". The other employees were nice and smiled back at me, asking if they could help with anything. But on my way out the same old lady with grey hair ignored me when i said have a nice day. This is the rudest customer service I've ever been met with.

Excelent customer service, clean and organized place

What a great experience... It was about 8:30 a.m. on a beautiful, sunny Sunday morning as we walked through the open front door of the Milford Laundry. We smelled fresh coffee, Bounce (or maybe it was Snuggle), and a general air of cleanliness. There was a lovely and talented assistant there who offered us coffee and showed us the way to the best washer for the job at hand - A king size comforter. She made sure we knew how to use the machine and went on her merry way. Great service, great equipment, clean facility. I'll be back!
