The best!! My dress didn't fit me, but Grace did an amazing job making sure it did. I went to get my dress altered to a smaller size, and they did an amazing job on that as well! Highly recommending to go to Oxford Oaks

This review is long overdue! Grace is amazing! About a year and a half ago my uncle had passed away amid all the funeral Preparation I completely forgot to get my suit dry cleaned less than 12 hours before the funeral. I was frantically calling every dry cleaner that I could find on Google. I drove to Oxford Oak cleaners where I met Grace I explained to her that the funeral was the following morning and I was really in a jam. She immediately took my suit, was able to have it ready for the funeral and refused to charge me and offered her condolences from my uncle who passed away. Fast forward to today of course I remembered her kindness and I have another funeral to go to this Friday so Oxford cleaners was my first and only stop once again I encountered Grace she greeted me with a friendly demeanor and actually remembered me from the last time I can’t say enough about the level of customer service at Oxford Oak dry cleaners provides if you were looking for a new dry cleaner they are a must use 10/10 top notch!!! Grace handled the alterations for my wedding dress and it fit me perfectly. I was so worried about the details of my dress being compromised because I am so short but it turned out absolutely perfect. I will always go back!

Stopped in with my daughter to talk about dress alterations and Grace was very rude and said she didn’t have time to alter our dresses and we needed to make an appointment. Called last week made an appointment for today at 5 they close at 6. When we got there today at 4:45 for our appointment lights were out and doors locked with no note on the door or a call to cancel our appointment. When my daughter and i stopped in to talk about alterations a customer was complaining because she tried several times to pick her daughter’s dance costume up before closing time and doors were locked and lights out. So glad we weren’t able to get our dresses altered today. We have an appointment scheduled Thursday with a very professional dry cleaner with great customer service!

ruined my $900 balenciaga jeans, the wax completely cane off and they shrunk, after all i asked for was for them to be hemmed and they 'pressed' them completely removing the wax/lustered finish.

Oxford Oaks, Dry Cleaners is an outstanding business. I had my clothes cleaned and pressed a few weeks ago and everything came out amazing. They do everything from suits and dress shirts to winter coats. I'm going in next time to have my suit altered. Thanks!

Grace is absolutely wonderful! She took care of one of my dresses when I was a bridesmaid and it fit like a glove! The entire bridal party went to her! We ended up going back for the next wedding and she did an amazing job, again! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! I come from Jersey too!
