Greedy little owners wanna wanna raise the prices on everything; Even their little bonus program they had to increase. Have some morals and go support a different laundry mat. Stop being nickeled and dimed by greedy humans who don’t need it.

I go out of my way to go to this laundromat when I need one. It is clean. There is always an attendant available. It uses a card that you load using cash or credit, so you don't have to carry and put in a million quarters. They give you a $5 bonus when you put $20 on the card. The machines come on various sizes to 60 pound loads and are done in an hour or less. The dryers work well, and a load is usually dry in two cycles of 8 minutes each for $.50 each. I've never had to wait for a washer or dryer. They also have a wash and fold service for those short on time. They may not be the cheapest..a 60 pound load costs $10 (smaller machines obviously cost less) but it's worth it.

NEWLY RENOVATED LAUNDROMAT!!! TERRIFIC STAFF!! This laundromat is absolutely lovely! It's incredibly clean and seems to have been recently updated. The place smells fantastic! I used both the extra-large and regular-sized self-service machines, and the payment process was a breeze. All I had to do was download an app, load money, scan, and start the machine! They offer free WiFi, a convenient drop-off service, and a great selection of soaps and dryer sheets through a vending machine, plus a soda machine as well. I’d suggest adding a coffee machine and a snack machine for extra convenience. Also, be sure to mention your payment method in the "About" or "Services" section on Google. Overall, I’m really impressed and happy to have found such a great spot!

I dropped clothes off to be dry cleaned. Very simple, button down shirt and dress pants. I asked the lady before even bringing the clothes inside if they would be done by a certain day and time because I had a funeral to attend. She assured me they would. Well, they were not. 1 star for the cost of the dry cleaning. Not happy with anything else.

It's a good place the people are very friendly. I get my laundry done there cost me about $15. On average, it's a $50 a pound. It saves me the time. I don't think that's a bad price

I was in town on business and stopped by to get a load done, only to get yelled at by the girl at the front for not deciding what machine I want to use. It wasn't crowded or anything. I got out of there as fast as I could with my dirty clothes. Just go to Pilgram like two miles away nobody will cast their bad mood on you.

1/11/2024. It was a great atmosphere. The attendant was very polite and helpful. The establishment was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed this experience.

If I could do 0 stars I would. This is the 3rd time (and final time) that I have a negative experience at this laundromat. The first time my clothes were not washed and dried as requested and I ended up with several shirts and socks that belonged to someone else. The 2nd incident was when one of the young women, who worked evenings, was so rude with her comments and left me and 1 other person standing at the counter waiting to check out, all while we heard how much she hated people, she was too busy and had to mop the floor before she could help us. I then had to ask her for help to get my clothes to my car, which was parked directly in front of the back door only to get an eye roll and a big uurrgh! Tonight I placed my items in one of the big 60 lb machines right inside the front door. After putting everything in the machine I noticed a very old, curled up piece of paper attached to the machine near where you put your money saying "out of order". I took everything out and placed it in the next machine. I was loading my money and when finished realized that, even though I was watching how much more money the machine needed, it had taken in 75 cents extra. I also got an error message saying that the lock wasn't secured properly. I called for assistance and the young lady working there didn't know what to do so she had to call the owner.. IWhile wtg for the owner I spoke with her about the 75 cents and she told me I wouldn't get it back because it was my fault I put too much money in. I was waiting for a while for the owner and because I am handicapped had to go sit outside in my car. I saw him come in, head buried in his cell phone, did something to the machine and listen to the woman speak with him while pointing at me. He waved her off with his hand and left. I went back in later and asked if she had spoken to him about the money. She said yes but he said because I was sitting in the car (right outside the front door) he had to go so it was not going to happen. What kind of customer service is this. Yes sir, I am handicapped and had to sit because I was hurting waiting for you. Had you gotten off your cell phone for a minute you might have been able to focus on your customer who was getting ripped off. Last time I will ever go there.

I've been camping out in a old rustic cabin for a month and taking a few days off in the local Best Western hotel and they refer me to here and it was Awesome !!! I brought it in the afternoon and they got it done 👍 so I could get back to the cabin... great service and everything smells so good 😃 Thanks so much ✌️😎👍 y'all really rocked!!! haha yeah that's right ✌️

Very nice laundry mat very friendly staff I get my laundry there They charge a $1.25 A pound To do your laundry I think that's not a bad price All my clothes come folded and on hangers

Big an clean laundry place machines are not half or all broken down all different sizes to fit your needs I left old laundry mat to come here other one was going to went down hill but this one is good!

Very nice laundry mat. Nice waiting area with TV and toys. A coffee station. Snack machines and drinks (for sale) behind the counter. Lots of tables. Not over crowded.

Went to do my laundry says last load at 8 the lady says no we close those hours are wrong on the window asked for the managers number she said umm I dont know it so my husband says to her you work here and dont have a manager ls number she goes no idk I am the manager and locks the door never going back!

What sets this laundry mat apart is the staff. They’re truly just wonderful.. they're welcoming, helpful, and kind to all their customers.

Dryers did not work!!!’ And would not refund the money!!! Not kept well…. NEVER COMING back here and Don’t recommend it at all. First & last time..

Very Clean and reasonably priced. Machines are clean and well kept. Owners and staff and friendly.

Place is falling a lot , clothes came out covered in dog hair and was told to check the machine next time
