awesome place to go do your laundry very comfortable and clean , AC was blowing nice and cold the attendants are very nice and helpful they even have an awesome little place for kids price wise it was great they have a variety of machines ranging in prices i will definitely come back here when i am in the DFW area any bad review from this place is most certainly a personal problem!

I started coming here 6 months ago, I never any complaint about this place other than a cleaning lady with short black hair and red highlights; She refused to give me her name twice but here is a picture so She can be recognized. My first complaint is the she lied to me telling me that I was not allowed to wash my clothes because there were about to close, even do there were still 45 min left before last wash hours. Second time on 11/27/24 at 3:50pm I was about to go wash my hands She said the bathroom must remain closed because homeless people comes to use the bathroom. I recognized her the second time same lady. I see clients having the same issue and still being ignored by management. I don’t think is right that I need to keep my hands sticky with soap just because She doesn’t want to get the bathroom dirty and do what’s She is assigned to do.

This place sucks. You can use a 32oz bottle of tide on one load and barely get suds. The lines are clogged. Every machine detects a bad pull... which means they do not drain. Which means you are rinsing in dirty water. The workers don't speak English when you report it. This place will be reported...waste of money....the owner does not care. Edited August 10th 2025. The owner is a liar from head to toe. This place has issues daily. The water stinks. When it's packed the dryers run poorly and don't dry. The service attendants refuse to put out of order signs. Time to make a call to the right agency to then the herd at this buisness

I work a pretty busy schedule and my apartment doesn’t have a washer dryer hook up so being able to drop off my clothes and pick them up is amazing.

Great place to wash! Love that they take Apple Pay.

Love coming here, the whole laundry is always clean. Flor is always looking after the place and helping all the costumers with anything they need. Love that they have a nice small area for the kiddos to sit and watch tv.

The laundry mat is clean and well upkept. The only issue I’ve had here is how rude the workers are. I often find them staring me or other customers down. It’s almost like we upset them by coming in. I don’t feel comfortable and the environment is not welcoming. And I’ve seen them be blatantly rude to older people who are just asking for help. And they were rude to my husband also when he asked for help.

This is my favorite laundromat in the area! So clean, staff are very professional, there are always machines available when I need them and the card readers are amazing. It's in a nice location and building the building is nice as well. Security is great in the area.

This is the worst place to dry at , the older gentleman was so unprofessional and upright rude. I paid for dryer 30 minutes worth of dry and I felt no heat at all! I asked javie about it and he only gave me one quarter! Very very expensive , the guy javie was his walked away mid conversation!
