Worst possible experience I could ever have had in an establishment, google clearly says they are open till 10 I walk in at 8 put my laundry in the machine literally about to put my last quarter and the person (male) who was working shouts out loud “ hey last wash is at 7pm after seeing me walk in with my clothes. Was it it because I’m a big bearded man with tattoos ?? Why was it necessary to shout out loud infront of other patrons the way you did. Not only embarrassing but I felt because of how I looked I was a threat. Grace goes along way !!! And even if you tapped me on the shoulder and said hey it’s too late to wash it would have sufficed. But now we are here. The owner of the establishment should use this as a training exercise, learn how to treat people, no need to make a scene the way you did. I would never recommend any place that treats people like this.

There needs to be a serious cap on the number of machine an individual can use at this laundromat especially since they provide drop off service where they easily occupy several machines (washer and dryers). Two, with the limited amount of washers they should ensure all are in working order. This place needs a serious upgrade including the bathroom which at times can be disgusting. My recent experience just motivated me to get my dryer serviced to avoid this inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

The worst laundry ever. Machines are usually out of order. Sometimes you put coins and dont work Sometimes they work but dont take the liquid inside. Service is not good as well. If you must go there, do your own wash because when you leave them, your clothes will stink when you get them back. Anyway I do NOT recommend this place.

The beautiful women that work there will stare at you from the time you get change till the time you put all of your quarters into the washing machine. For a second I thought it was because she figured I'd run away with the quarters, but it was really because she thought I was so handsome.

My family and I have been loyal customers of Grove Laundromat for nearly 10 years. We've always enjoyed the friendly and helpful service, particularly from the lady who works most days and the gentleman who works in the evenings. Their dedication to customer service has consistently kept us coming back, even when there were occasional issues with the machines. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. One of the washing machines I used didn’t fully clean my clothes, spending only about 10 minutes on the wash cycle but an excessive 15 minutes on the rinse cycle. When I informed the staff member on duty, she kindly offered to rerun the cycle on another machine, which I appreciated.After the rerun, I realized I needed more detergent, as I had only brought enough for one load. When I asked the staff member for some, she told me she didn’t have any. I pointed out that the laundromat offers laundry services, so there must be detergent available. She then responded that the detergent was for "customers." I clarified that I am a customer, but her response was, "It's not my problem."To ensure I heard her correctly, I repeated her statement back to her, saying, "It's not your problem?" She confirmed, "No," and then proceeded to walk away. As I started removing my wet clothes from the machine, she returned with laundry detergent. Although I appreciated her eventually providing the detergent, the entire interaction was frustrating and left me feeling undervalued as a long-time customer. After 10 years of positive experiences, this incident was truly disappointing. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure that all customers receive the consistent, high-quality service that Grove Laundromat has been known for.

Joe and his team do a fantastic job with this laundromat. It’s incredibly convenient, with top-notch washers and dryers. The staff is always available to assist with anything I need. As a pet owner, I truly appreciate their expertise; they’ve consistently removed tough stains from my comforters and sheets. We are extremely grateful for their excellent service!

The woman is super rude, try to avoid this place. Have been there for couple times. I only once took about 60 coins because each load takes about 20 coins. I’m paying these coins and plan to use it next time. The woman ran into me and curse me in front of 5 people saying I’m ruining her business just by taking 40 extra coins. She forced me to return these coins back for bill and keep cursing me in front of other people. I can’t help but crying because of her. She said I need to control my mood. She’s the most terrible people I’ve seen who needs to know how to respect their customers. I wish nobody ever been to this place. Their smells are very bad tops

Machine ripped my clothes. Came here a few times. This was the last. Place can use a cleaning.

Ms.Kay is a sweet woman. I really like her. But the owners need to do something about these machines. My laundry was stuck inside a perpetual rinse cycle. I had to get the attendant to stop the machine, remove my soaking wet clothes to another washer to spin out the water, then to the dryer. 2 months ago I found a dried waterbug in my clothes! I was mortified! I stopped going because there is always always an issue. I'm upset bc I live so close but it is unsanitary, the machines are molding where the detergent goes, there's always blue liquid stuck where the fabric softener goes, the machines are broken, the dryers are either too hot or not hot enough. I wish the owner was a little friendlier to approach about these issues. I see many people making complaints and literally nothing changing. They come and collect their quarters and they go home.

Worst laundromat in the neighborhood.If I could give it a 1/2 star I would. I paid for laundry service that was done terrible, clothes not folded or separated. You are paying for a service that should be done properly and professionally. Although months have past, I spoke to the owner in person one night, he was rude and nasty. I must say the gentleman that works there is friendly, however I will take my business elsewhere. I must go to a laundromat that treats customers with respect at all times . Owner is not professional, he did me the favor. Adios.

The owner is rude and obnoxious. The laundromat could stand a good cleaning. He was very rude to my sister who used his establishment to do her laundry. There are too many laundry establishments to use and to give our hard working money to.

Been going here for years. Great machines. Friendly staff that is warm and welcoming. Single use detergent, bleach and fabric softner can be purchased for 75 cents in the machines. Most wash cycles are 35 minutes. And dryer is also 8 mins per 25 cents. Convenient parking lot in the back also.

I've been going to this laundromat over 20 years. Mrs Kay and Mrs Paris are 2 of the sweetest people that work there. Always nice and clean. Owners and staff treat you like family. They have wash and fold service available also. I love this place.

I left the clothes to dry and the staff left before I came back to pick it up at 8:20pm, when the drying didn’t even finish. If the laundromat cannot stay open until 9pm then don’t say that on the door.

Can’t say enough good things about this place !!! Staff is super friendly and treat the customers like family. From my experience the machines are always working and well kept

The facility is always clean! Machines are very rarely broken down. Never have an issue when going there. And they only close 2 times a year!!

Update: As I've gone through my laundry I've discovered that no effort was made to clean stains on button up shirts or slacks and the entire load, including delicates, was dried with very high heat baking the stains in and melting my …

It's local and opens at 5 A.M. (the earliest laundromat opening in the area), so as a very early bird myself, it gets some love for that alone. Besides that, it's dated, in desperate need of a paint job and some updated decor, the machines …

Grove Laundromat is excellent. Clean facility, friendly staff, and machines work well. Highly recommend!
