This place is a quick heist! Got a lady who barely speaks English as frontline, so you can't really explain your issue or get support. My first and last time here.

This Hispanic lady that works in the morning on Friday was very rude and disrespectful to me and another lady. All we did was ask for help she is going to say if you cant swipe the card to add money what makes you think I can. Very mean and nasty. I told her how unprofessional she was and can I have the owner phone number she refuse to give it. She act like she did not want to help me with getting the washer to work. I will not be coming back please teach these people about professional customer service or find a new job.

Rip off. Can’t reload cards. Each card cost 1$ to purchase and you have to spend $10 so you only get $9 to use. Advertised that you can reload but you can’t. BEWARE! Plus dryers only seem to run 30-45secs vice a full minute. I timed them. BEWARE.

I only & always come to this laundromat for the drop off service. The attendant Teresa is always on point when doing my laundry. Never had an issue with how my clothes are given back and folded very organized smells good and soft. Drop off and pick up same day. I 99.9% recommend this laundromat for their drop off service especially if it’s the attendant Teresa. We just always have to be mindful that if in any case it is never done in the same day, it’s most likely due to lots of drop off that has possibly been made that day and it’s only two arms and two hands so I tend to be understating on that & they do also have to maintain the laundromat. So just be mindful that in some cases you won’t have it same day so it’s good to prepare for next day pick up scenario.

Very clean and well maintained! If you forgot anything they have it there. All the machines work on a store card you purchase before washing. They have large capacity washers and dryers. Very close to other shops and dining if you want something to do while you wait

First and only visit. On wedsite it says card but don’t fall for it . You have to purchase a card from them don't take credit cards to purchase the card. Plus charge for use to get cash. the machines are out of date smell and are rusted out. Washer are twice the price as anyone around. You pay for hot water to wash your clothes and its only cold water you get.. Floors are dirty. Place smells like rusty old pipes, Someone would think for the price the place would be to a higher standers. Don't be fooled .. if you wash comforters and blankets you cant dry here. I have traveled to many places across the US. This by far was the worst experience at a laundromat..

I’m sure you will not care about my review on your place ! But here go my rant !!!! I walk in to do my throw rugs and find out I have pay $2.00 to get a card to wash ! Then I have to put no less then $20.00 on this card to wash. I was ok with that until I saw the vending machines with laundry supplies take cash!!! And of course this machine old and not up to date with time ! You can invest in a card machine to use on washing and drying so up date your vending machine! Second laundromat in less than a hour ! Best believe the got a great review from me too ! Do better please !!!! I’m a busy woman! I will never use this laundromat again!!! I will never use this place again!

Came to drop off my clothes and was told it would be done the same day. And never got a call saying my clothes was ready or that they close at 5pm nothing. Then when i called she’s gonna say “we don’t call customer to let them know their clothes is ready” Unprofessional.

I went in today to wash my clothes and the washer has selective options which are Cold, warm and hot we selected hot water for our clothes because using cold water will not get stains out of clothes so we asked the lady and she told us that the water is hot but we feel the water and it’s cold , and also in the bathroom if you turn the sinks on the water is COLD! This has been going on for a while and this is not correct for them to keep this business open unless they give free washes for a week to show respect in order of using people !

All was well until the attendant came in. She was extremely rude after I spent almost $100 to wash. She stopped the dryer and let the time run out. I told her it was clothes in the dryer and respectfully asked what was going on and if she was going to refund me for the time she let run out. she claimed my laundry bag was scratching the glass. The same laundry bag that I wash weekly. I asked her to show me where it was scratching the glass or where the policy stated that I could not wash a cloth bag and I will remove it. she could not do either. Yet she continued to be rude then basically insinuated that I could not afford to fix the washer if I scratched the glass. She went on and on saying I was disrespectful and other rude things. Another patron spoke up about situation from a neutral standpoint and she said the lady was taking our side because we were black. The nerve! This is not the first time I have witnessed her be rude. I normally wash my clothes here weekly and spend a lot of money here but after today.. I will not be returning. She made me very uncomfortable. It’s not what you say and do it’s how you say and do it.. she definitely missed that concept!

7:23 and door are still locked, of course no one is answering the phone

Due to washer being replaced, I dropped off clothes for wash n fold. Ownership was extremely friendly and professional. Clothes came back decent. Some items I probably should have not included in the service due to gentle material. However, clothes came back clean and overall I would recommend this place!"

If you must go to a Laundromat, this is definitely my top recommendation to go to! Only thing that would make it better, is if they were open 24/7! (It's okay I know we won't get that lucky though lol)

Two of the three machines that I used did not wash nor rinse my clothes. There was no attendant on duty so I had to bring wet dirty clothes back home. There was no telephone number available for me to call and complain. I will never go back.

Clean machines, bathrooms, and overall. Didn't meet any staff, but the customers were all very kind. Only problem is the temperature. It had to be well over 90 degrees in there. I had to go in the bathroom twice to throw cold water on my face, or I think I would've passed out.

Great machines that are maintained well. Must purchase card instead of using quarters but that makes it easy to get your free dry time that is included with wash purchase. Facility is kept clean.
