My experience is for the drop-off and pick up, service they offer: Typical laundromat, they offer self service machines there, very clean at the time of writing this. Now terms of the service; friendly folks working there, ease of use when turning in and returning to get my laundry. Offer both in person payment and electronic (modern) payment options (via web/mobile) both with receipts (electronic and paper). Rather quick turn around from the time of drop off and pickup. Clothes smelt clean, folded nicely and didn't have any issue with my clothes being stained or mis-placed or missing so far. For times I couldn't pick up immediately, they offer an after hours, pick up location. I do like this. I'll continue to support small businesses and help get the names out and this place is worthy of that, especially with it seems to be the one family that runs the business and not a chain. Love this! Hopefully they continue to offer this level of service and quality! About me: I'm on a business trip for a temporary assignment, my case use has only been a few weeks at the time of writing this.

Great place to do laundry. Always clean and the staff is friendly. I drove from Shamrock and this is my second visit. Will definitely come again.

Clean facilities, equipment is well maintained and there were plenty of machines available every time I went to do my laundry. There are a variety of machine sizes to accommodate needs and they take cash or credit. Staff was always friendly and it is apparently they take pride in the business. I highly recommend Red Dirt Laundry.

Always super clean. I'm usually in right at 7am and the staff is really nice. Prices are fair and being able to use a card instead of quarters is amazing.
