Absolutely appalled at the customer service here. I have a $50 certificate for their wash dry and fold service and when I called to inquire more about their pricing I was told by multiple employees that the store had changed ownership and they no longer honor the gift certificates authorized by the previous owner. Now I'm out 50 bucks and I'm definitely going to be contacting the Attorney General because the gift certificates should be accepted since change of ownership is not a legal exception to not accepting gift certificates for a place that just changed hands that has the same name. This is a very bad way to do business

One of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to and I drove all the way from Dorchester. They have an app that connects to a certain amount of washers and dryers. They also take coins. Dryers are only $1.50 for 30 min and they actually dry very well. There is also a spin drying machine. It's the first time I've seen one. You can bring wet clothes and spin dry them there. Cuts half the time in the dryers. I had an issue with the app in the beginning but the staff was nice enough to refund me.

This rating is ONLY for the staff that work here. They wash and dry your clothes in a timely manner, folding them just perfectly. I’ve been going here for 10+ years now and no matter what staff member you encounter they’ll take care of you. These ladies deserve a raise, they’re extremely hard working and I trust them to just drop off my clothes I know they got it!

I want to start off by saying….I never leave reviews whether good or bad but this family owned wash and dry, may have had the best custom May have had the best customer service i’ve experienced in a while !!! Not only did they have the convenience of paying online which was beyond easy to navigate. The owners are amazing. This is my first time and I will be back.

This laundromat is the best one in the area. It's got plenty of washers of all different capacities. Their dryers are efficient and all of the machines in this place are new and kept clean. The attendants are all courteous and helpful. You can leave your laundry with them to be done if you don't want to do it yourself.
