Way too expensive. They wanted $37 to launder And press 10 shirts. Also, the girl attendant is rude and have absolutely no customer service. The lobby looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years.

I used them in the past had no problems. Wifes dresses cleaned with care, Suits and shirts always crisp and clean. Will be using on the regular again. Appreciate what you all do!

I recently patronized Colonial Cleaners. Their service was fast and the staff was very friendly. I thought that their pricing was very reasonable. They have a pay up-front policy which I had not experienced before with a dry cleaning service. I actually was very delighted to pay up front. I knew the cost upfront and it made the pick up very quick. Thank you…I will be back. Highly recommended.

For my first time ever being at a dry cleaners in my life; the environment was very clean, the employees were nice and welcoming both dropping off suites and picking them up; and the results came back very satisfied! My fiancé was extremely happy with his forever clean suite jackets! I would strongly recommend anyone to go visit them and I will definitely be going back soon! This is an awesome dry cleaner. My husband faithfully takes his work pants in for cleaning and pressing and we have never had a problem. Also very friendly service and most of the time they know who we are there for before we say anything. Awesome service!!

I definitely understand why I’m leaving this review after looking at all the other reviews because the owner most definitely made me aware he was the owner I his lack of absent greeting upon entering his business. He had a very condescending tone when I asked his pricing bc there was no pricing posted and this was my first time there ever. He just told me to “put your clothes on the counter” in such an aggressive tone. I think I said I just moved to the area and had been looking for a good dry cleaners since I moved from Augusta and he stated “ I don’t do that type of dry cleaning”, I asked what does that mean and he said cheap cleaning and said I’ve been doing for over 14-15 years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GUY TO GAIN SOME CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SKILLS. BC he just stained my view of him and his business in condescending, negative, pompous light!! He actually deserves a half star!

Heath and colonial cleaners have been nothing short of amazing. Beyond the amazing services, it is obvious that the owner cares for his customers! I really appreciate how welcoming he has been to a new customer in the area for just under a year - it feels like I have been using colonial cleaners my whole life! :)

So these young ladies were so awesome! I needed my daughters formal dress dry cleaned in like 12 hours, and they made this happen for me. They were patient and understanding. The front check in clerk Kanesha was so sweet. And the cherry on top, I didn't have to extra for the short notice. If I ever need dry cleaning services, I will definitely be using Colonial Cleaners.

Been a regular customer for years. Always put up with owner’s rudeness because he is one of a very few cleaners in North Augusta. Seems to hate his job and takes it out on customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never get my business again and will warn everyone I know in town.… take note of this guys response to complaints…. He doubles down on his rude antagonistic attitude. I guess he can’t help it he’s just an asshole…. Mister you need a new line of work!

I always have a great experience using Colonial Cleaners in North Augusta! They are friendly and do excellent work at a great value. Very responsive and have always had everything ready to go when they said they would. Nice having a dry cleaners that I can rely on!
