I absolutely love this laundromat! The atmosphere is amazing! The manager there is very friendly and helpful. The fact that I can bring my kids and know they are safe and welcome is amazing! There is a nice quiet area for children! My kids love that the laundromat has candy! That is their favorite part! It’s hard enough having the bring 80 pounds of laundry with two kids but that laundromat makes it worth it!

I travel about 20 minutes to come to Landromax East Providence location because of the quality of service that I receive, the cleanliness of the facility, and the welcoming atmosphere that the staff provide. I have been coming here for a while now and I must say that since Ms. Brenda has been in charge things have only gotten better. A great team starts with a great leader. Also, I love their addition to the kids section that has books and toys for smaller children.

Our dryer broke and I went here as a laundromat newbie and Brenda and Taja were amazing! I had to ask a ton of questions - even poured color-safe bleach in the wrong dispenser - all answered and fixed with expertise and a great sense of humor. Not to mention neither of them stopped the whole time; constantly cleaning the floor, wash/dry/fold, checking the machines, etc. Got all my laundry done and had a few laughs, too! Highly recommend!!

I usually go into the Laundromax weekly. It’s always clean and the staff are very friendly and always welcoming and busy. I had the pleasure of meeting Brenda today. I have seen her numerous time and she is always busy and she greets everyone that comes in. This woman should definitely be compensated for her hard work and her work ethic. Kim

Fantastic cash-free laundromat! It's always super clean and tidy. All employees are kind and helpful, but Brenda in particular makes this boring, thankless task a truly pleasant experience I can look forward to every week.

Brenda was absolutely amazing ! I had an accidental detergent spill while customers were entertaining the establishment. Brenda remained calm & cleaned up the spill with me. I also Noticed during my visit here , the restrooms were spotless & she up kept the establishment and made sure Laundry carts were not blocking fire exits. SHE IS THE DEFINITION OF A GREAT MULTI TASKER WHILE REMAINING CALM … THANK YOUUU BRENDA

Dropped off my laundry at approximately 11 am and I was able to pick it up around 6:30 pm. Very large and clean LaundroMax with self service machines or drop off laundry and have them do it for you. Friendly and helpful staff!

Great spot I have been doing pickup and drop off for years. Brenda is the coolest she always remembers me by first name even before I give her my ticket. They put the right items on hangers and always specify at drop off if you have whites that need to be separated or collars that need to be starched etc. it is an A+ service absolutely worth it. Go say hi to Brenda and she and the rest of the staff there will always do a great job with your clothing.

This place is super clean, plenty of parking, snack machines, sitting area and my favorite (massage chairs) while you wait for your laundry to be done!! This place employs the most skilled, pleasant and helpful staff (especially Brenda) ♥️ she always have a smile on her face! I was using an old card, which does NOT earn ME ANY free points or free drying minutes and she was sooooo nice and help me get a new one!! Definitely a nice place!

We live in a community complex the laundry rooms are always a problem. We love this laundromax always clean staff is great. In the summer is cool inside and the winter is warm. Can’t say enough of a great place to wash clothes.
